Clinical Observation Of Bushen Qubai Recipe Combined With Filiform Fire Needle In The Treatment OG Stable Vitiligo (Liver-kidney Insufficiency Type)

Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Qubai Recipe combined with filiform fire needle therapy in the treatment of stable vitiligo(liver-kidney insufficiency),and to compare the curative effect with Baichi Pills in the treatment of stable vitiligo(liver-kidney insufficiency).Methods:Among all outpatients,80 patients with stable vitiligo(liver-kidney insufficiency)who met the criteria for inclusion were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group of 40 cases and a control group of 40 cases.Among them,the treatment group was treated with Bushen Qubai Recipe combined with Feihuo Needle,and the control group was treated with Baiqi Pill.4 weeks was a course of treatment.The patients were observed before,4weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after the treatment.The size of skin lesions,TCM syndrome scores and quality of life,as well as adverse reactions during the medical treatment were recorded.Finally,the data of each group were analyzed and sorted to determine the clinical efficacy.result:1.Observation indicators: There was no significant difference in the skin lesion area,the total score of TCM syndromes and the DLQI score between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),which were comparable.After treatment,the observation indexes of the two groups were decreased,and the degree of decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Overall effective rate: The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 94.87%,and the overall effective rate of the control group was84.21%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.3.Safety evaluation: There were 3 cases of mild adverse reactions in the two groups of patients,which did not have adverse effects on the clinical trial,and the laboratory test indexes of the two groups of patients before and after the trial were within the normal range,indicating the safety of the two groups of drugs are higher.conclusion:1.Bushen Qubai Recipe combined with filiform fire needle therapy can effectively improve the area and color of skin lesions in patients with vitiligo,and the clinical symptoms are also improved to a certain extent.2.Bushen Qubai Recipe combined with filiform fire needle therapy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of stable vitiligo.
