| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuqi Yibai capsule combined with308 nm excisor laser in the treatment of vitiligo in stable stage with liver and kidney deficiency,as well as the effects on the levels of IL-6,IL-17,IL-23 and the value of leuko area,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and scientific research of vitiligo.Methods: Selection outpatient service included in the standard of 64 cases of liver and kidney deficiency type stabilization vitiligo patients,according to random number table method 32 people were randomly divided into observation group and control group in 32 people,the observation group USES the 308-nm excimer laser treatment,treatment 2 times a week,white capsule combined oral wu qi yi,5 / time,3 times/day,12 weeks for a period of treatment.The control group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser twice a week for 12 weeks as a course.The degree of leukoplakia area before and after treatment was compared between the two groups to evaluate the efficacy.Serum levels of IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 in observation group and control group were detected by ELISA before and after treatment,and SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for analysis and processing.Results: After 12 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was93.33%,and the effective rate of the control group was 75.00%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).12 weeks after treatment,the leukoplakia area of vitiligo patients in the observation group was lower than that before treatment,and lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After 12 weeks of treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 in patients with vitiligo in the observation group were significantly decreased,and lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wuqi Yibai Capsule combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of patients with vitiligo,in terms of clinical efficacy in improving leukoma area and increasing IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 levels,is better than the 308 nm excimer laser alone,no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of further clinical promotion. |
