Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Psoriasis With Wugong Baidu Decoction Addition And Subtraction Combined With Moving Cuppong Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wugong Baidu Decoction combined with moving cupping therapy in the treatment of plaque psoriasis(blood stasis syndrome).Methods:Using the method of table of simple sorting randomization,the outpatient patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected according to the order of treatment and divided into three groups: treatment group 1,treatment group 2and control group,each group contained 36 patients,a total of 108 cases.A total of 99 cases were actually completed.Among them,33 cases in treatment group 1 were taken Wugong Baidu Decoction orally and moving cupping therapy at the skin lesions.32 cases in group 2 were treated by Wugong Baidu Decoction.34 cases in control group were given Xuefu Zhuyu tablets and Ringworm Kashif pills.All groups were treated with vaseline ointment.The patients’ PASI scores and the TCM syndrome scores were recorded on the 0±2days,7±2 days,14±2 days,21±2 days,and 28±2 days of treatment.Detected the changes of hemorheology indexes before and after treatment.The safety indexes of patients in the three groups were recorded.On the 28±2 days,the efficacy of the three groups before and after treatment was evaluated according to the efficacy index.Combined with the safety indicators before and after treatment and the adverse reactions during treatment to evaluate the safety.Results:1.After the treatment,the PASI scores and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups of patients were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the results were obtained by comparison among the groups: the PASI scores and TCM syndromes of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2’s degree of score improvement was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group 1 was superior the treatment group 2(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of skin lesion improvement after treatment was89.00% in the treatment group 1,81.11% in the treatment group 2 and 71.22%in the control group.The total effective rate of skin lesion improvement was statistically significant in three groups(P<0.05).3.The hemorheology indexes of patients in the three groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,but there was no difference(P> 0.05).And there was no difference among the three groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.The combination of Wugong Baidu Decoction and moving cupping therapy in the treatment of plaque psoriasis(blood stasis syndrome)can effectively improve PASI score and TCM syndrome score of patients.2.Wugong Baidu Decoction combined with moving cupping therapy is a safe and effective method to treat plaque psoriasis(blood stasis syndrome).
