Clinical Observation Of Compound Zeqi Granules With Moving Cupping Therapy For The Treatment Of Plaque Psoriasis Vulgaris

1 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of moving cupping therapy combined with compound Zeqi granules in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.2 Methods62 patients who are according with the inclusion criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group using the random number table,erch group has 31 cases.The control group was treated with compound Zeqi granules,and Vaseline cream.The treatment group was treated with moving cupping therapy on the basis of the control group.2 weeks treatment for 1 course,a total treatment was 4 courses.PASI scores and pruritus scores were performed respectively every two weeks.And at the end of the course of treatment,skin lesions of the individual symptom severity score, TCM syndrome score, DLQI score, disease curative effect were compared between the two groups while observing the whole process of the whole study there was no adverse reaction.3 Results3.1 A total of 60 patients completed the whole course of treatment,the treatment group and the control group each had 30 cases.It had no statistical significance in target lesions of the single symptom severity score,PASI scoring,degree of pruritus score,TCM syndrome score,DLQL score among the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05),The two groups were comparable.3.2 The target lesion symptom severity score of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment to judge the curative effect.the treatment group and the control group both can improve the target lesion scales,infiltration,systemic symptoms(P<0.05).compared between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the target lesion scales symptoms(P<0.05),There was no significant difference between the two groups in the target lesion and the severity of erythema(P >0.05).3.3The PASI score of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment to judge the curative effect.2weeks after the treatment,4weeks after the treatment,6weeks after the treatment,8weeks after the treatment were compared with each respective PASI score before the treatment in the two groups,the differences were significant, the two groups both can reduce the PASI score.compared between the two groups,the differences were significant from 4weeks after the treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the PASI score since 4 weeks after the treatment.3.4The pruritus severity score of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment to judge the curative effect.2weeks after the treatment,4weeks after the treatment,6weeks after the treatment,8weeks after the treatment were compared with each respective pruritus severity score before the treatment in the two groups,the differences were significant, the two groups both can improving the pruritus symptom.compared between the two groups,the differences were significant from4 weeks after the treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the pruritus symptom since 4 weeks after the treatment.3.5The TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment to judge the curative effect.the treatment group and the control group both can reduce the TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).compared between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing The TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).3.6The DLQI score of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment to judge the curative effect.the treatment group and the control group both can reduce the DLQI score(P<0.05).compared between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing The DLQI score(P<0.05).3.7 According to the comparison of PASI score between the treatment group and the control group before and after the treatment:In the treatment group, 3 were cured, 13 were markedly effective, 8 were effective, 6 were ineffective, the effective rate was53.33%, and the total effective rate was 80%.In the control group, 1 were cured, 7 were markedly effective, 10 were effective, 12 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 60%. The total effective rate was 27.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the comparison of TCM syndrome score between treatment group and control group before and after treatment :In the treatment group, 5were cured, 15 were markedly effective, 5 were effective, 5 were ineffective, the effective rate was 66.67%, and the total effective rate was 83.33%.In the control group,2 were cured, 10 were markedly effective, 8 were effective, 10 were ineffective, the effective rate was 40%, and the total effective rate was 66.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.8The adverse effects rate of treatment group and the control group were 6.67%and3.33%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4 Conclusion The curative effect of the moving cupping combined with compound Zeqi granules on treatment of plaque psoriasis was definite, and has no obvious adverse reaction,so the moving cupping combined with compound Zeqi granules was Worthy of promotion in clinical.
