Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of combinaton of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome.Methods: Eighty patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome infected by Hp were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases each.The treatment group was treated with conbination of traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy consisting of rabeprazole,amoxicillin,Simiaoqingyou Decoction and marzulene-S.The control group was treated with western medicine therapy consisting of rabeprazole,amoxicillin,clarithromycin,and marzulene-S,the course of treatment was 2 weeks,and the urea breath test was reviewed 4-8 weeks after the treatment.Observe the indexes of Hp eradication rate,TCM syndrome score,and overall efficacy in the twogroups of patients,and use SPSS25.0 software to analyze the data statistically.Results: In terms of Hp eradication rate,the Hp eradication rate of the treatment group was 72.2% and that of the control group was 75.7%,and the difference was not statistically significant(p> 0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome scores,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased after treatment(p <0.05),and the total scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).In terms of overall efficacy,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.7%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 83.8%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment scheme consisting of rabeprazole,amoxicillin,Simiao qingyou Decoction,and marzulene-S for the treatment of patients with Hp infection of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome is comparable to the control group in terms of Hp eradication.It is superior to the control group in terms of TCM syndrome score and overall efficacy,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
