Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis With Modified Zhiqiu Decoction

Objective: The objectives of this project are to observe the clinical effect of modified Zhiqiu decoction in treating allergic rhinitis(AR),and to compare it with Jingui Shenqi pill group,to explore the mechanism of modified Zhiqiu decoction in treating AR of deficiency of kidney-yang type,and to provide more safe and effective treatment of AR.Methods:According to the randomized clinical trial method,80 patients with rhinopathy(renal and yang deficiency type)were enrolled.According to the order of priority,it was randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group took Jinkui Kidney Qi Pills(Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Shiyitang Pharmaceutical Factory),1 pill/ time,2 times a day.The treatment group took the modified Zhiqiu decoction,one dose per day,after breakfast and dinner,14 days as 1 course of treatment,and 1 course of continuous treatment.By observing the changes in TCM symptom scores,signs scores and RQLQ scores in the two groups,and recording the points before treatment and 14 days after treatment,respectively,the therapeutic effect was discussed.Results:1.The TCM symptom scores,signs scores and RQLQ scores were significantly reduced after treatment in the two groups.The difference was statistically significant after the non-parametric rank and test analysis of the Mann-Whitney U-grade data(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 67.5%,and that of the treatment group was 87.5%.The difference in the total effective rate between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Zhiqiu decoction and Jinkui Shenqi Pill are effective prescriptions for the treatment of rhinorrhea of kidney yang deficiency type.2.The modified Zhiqiu decoction can significantly improve the nasal symptoms and signs,Yang deficiency symptoms and the quality of life of patients with kidney yang deficiency.
