Clinical Observation On Acupoint Paste Of Kuijiening Plaster In Treating Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Of Ulcerative Colitis And The Effect On Serum IFN-r Levels

Objective:To observe KuiJieNing Plaster Acupoint Application for treatment of ulcerative colitis clinical observation and serum IFN-r content changesMethods:Clinical selected 60 patients with spleen and kidney yang ulcerative colitis (UC) were randomized to the observation of cases were classified into two groups, treatment group (KD Ning Gao group), the control group (SASP group), each group 30 cases. Were given point application and drug orally, the treatment period of 60 days. Before and after treatment groups of comprehensive therapeutic, mucosal neuropathy, mucosal pathological effect, traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, serum IFN-r levels and adverse reactions.Results:KD Ning Gao Acupoint spleen and kidney yang comprehensive therapeutic effect of ulcerative colitis and SASP group rather (P>0.05); in mucosal pathological effect, mucous membrane lesions improvements, KD Ning Gao SASP significant (P>0.05), the treatment group improved TCM symptoms higher than the control group (P<0.01), on the cold limbs and waist, knees soft, bloating four individual symptom improvement than the control group (P<0.05); two groups of patients IFN-r levels were significantly reduced after treatment, with the difference statistically significant (P<0.01); After treatment, levels of serum IFN-r there was a significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group than in the control group to decreased serum IFN-r more.Conclusion:Point Application Kuijie Ning Gao spleen and kidney yang can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of ulcerative colitis and intestinal mucosal lesions, and reduce pro-inflammatory cytokines IFN-r levels.
