Objective:In this study,by observing and comparing the improvement of Qibai Heal-ing Oil and Compound Zicao Oil on the ulcer wound environment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans, the feasibility of Qibai Healing Oil in clinical treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans ulcer was confirmed. Methods:A total of 48 patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Peripheral Vascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to December2021 and met the inclusion criteria of this study were selected.Forty-eight patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 24 cases in each group. After ensuring that both groups of patients received the same basic medical treatment and surgical local debridement, the treatment group was treated with Qibai Healing Oil for dressing change, daily.once a day;the control group was treated with Compound Zicao Oil dressing change, once a day;the treatment cycle of both groups was 28 days. The general data of the observed samples were recorded respectively, and at the same time,in the room with the specified light conditions, the same type of digital camera was used to take pictures of the wound images of all patients according to the specified distance, and then the corresponding wound area value was calculated by using Image J software.Bacterial culture and drug susceptibility tests were performed on the swabs of patients’ wound secretions before and after treatment. The VAS pain score was used to measure and record the pain score before and after treatment.Infrared thermal imaging was used to measure and record the wound center temperature before and after treatment.Record and summarize the wound status scores before and after treatment. All data were processed by SPSS24.0 statistical software.Results:(1)After 28 days of treatment, the wound area, local wound state score including depth, granulation morphology, exudation, peri wound swelling, bacterial culture score, pain score and wound center temperature in the treatment group and control group were improved compared with those before treatment(P< 0.05).It shows that the use of Qibai Healing Oil and Compound Zicao Oil in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans ulcer can improve the wound state and promote wound healing.(2)After 28 days of treatment, compared between the treatment group and the control group, the wound area and local wound state scores in the treatment group, including depth, granulation morphology, exudation, peri wound swelling, bacterial culture score, pain score and wound center temperature were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).It is shown that the use of Qibai Healing Oil in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans ulcer is superior to Compound Zicao Oil in improving wound state and promoting wound healing.(3)During the treatment process, one case was shed by toe amputation in the treatment group and one case was shed due to amputation in the control group.(4)After 28 days of treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group is 91.3%,which is higher than the control group78.26%(P<0.05).It showed that the overall curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:(1)The clinical efficacy of Qibai Healing Oil in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans ulcer is more obvious than that of Compound Zicao Oil.(2)External application of Qibai Healing Oil can significantly improve the blood supply of the wound and promote the healing of the wound.
