With the global outbreak of COVID-19,the global demand for vaccines has increased rapidly.People generally regard vaccines as one of the powerful weapons for epidemic prevention and control.However,there are obvious problems in the cold chain supply of vaccines in China.In recent years,vaccine safety incidents have occurred frequently.Under this background,relevant departments and units in China began to pay attention to vaccine safety.Because COVID-19 is a public emergency,its vaccine transportation belongs to the category of emergency and safe transportation,which requires China to improve the cold chain logistics transportation mechanism and improve the adaptability of the system to vaccine distribution.At present,in the vaccine cold chain supply stage,risk management is one of the core factors,and has gradually become an important means and method to ensure the quality of vaccines.However,there is relatively little research on the risk of vaccine cold chain supply by Chinese scholars.Therefore,this dissertation studies the risk management of vaccine cold chain supply,which has certain research value.Based on the theory and method of risk management,this dissertation grasps the actual supply of vaccines under the current COVID-19,takes the vaccine cold chain supply of J Company as the research object,and studies the risk management of the vaccine supply process and each link based on the risk management evaluation theory.First,take the cold chain supply of vaccines as a project,identify and analyze risk factors according to its cold chain supply status and process,and then effectively identify each type of risk,and accurately assess the necessity of risk management.According to the risk identification process and principle,identify the risk factors of vaccine cold chain supply,and identify the potential risks faced by the project from the five levels of technology;After that,the risk factors are evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively by using AHP and other methods;Then according to the results of risk factor evaluation,the risk grade and impact of risk factors are obtained.Finally,according to the risk factors,the risk management is improved and the risk response strategies are put forward.From the results of the evaluation,it can be concluded that policy risk has been paid more and more attention,and the impact of management risk is particularly prominent.Therefore,establishing and improving effective regulatory systems and systems is an important risk response strategy.Based on the background of the rapid increase in the demand for the new crown vaccine in the world,this dissertation studies the current situation of vaccine supply,attempts to take risk management as a theoretical basis to study the risk management of the new crown vaccine in the cold chain supply,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to better reduce the risk of vaccine supply and reduce losses,and plays a certain reference role for the research on the risk management of vaccine supply in China from the perspective of cold chain supply. |
