A Study On The Benefit Of Fixed Asset Investment In Health And Medical Community In Nanning

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the principal contradiction in our society has been transformed into one between the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.In terms of investment in the health sector,Nanning’s investment in fixed assets in the health sector continued to expand,with an average increase of 20.6 percent during the 12 th five-year plan period and30.6 percent during the 13 th five-year plan period.Despite the increasing investment in fixed assets in the field of health care,there are still some problems such as insufficient scale,poor quality and unbalanced development of basic public services.Therefore,how to improve the effectiveness of fixed asset investment in the field of health care is worth in-depth exploration.This paper takes the investment benefit of fixed assets in the medical and health field of Nanning as the research object.By constructing the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of fixed assets investment in the medical and health field,this paper evaluates the investment benefit of fixed assets in the medical and health field from the two levels of economic benefit and social benefit,and draws the following conclusions: fixed assets investment in the medical and health field of Nanning has promoted the economic and social development,but the overall benefit of fixed asset investment in the medical and health sector shows a weakening trend.The overall benefit of fixed asset investment in the medical and health sector in the "13th Five Year Plan " period has decreased compared with that in the "12th Five Year Plan" period,especially the economic benefit has decreased significantly,indicating that the economic value added created by unit fixed asset investment in Nanning is less,and there is still much room for improvement in optimizing investment layout and improving investment effectiveness.In view of its restrictive factors,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the promotion mechanism of project construction,accurately expanding investment in the field of medical and health care,optimizing the layout of medical and health resources,strengthening the introduction and training of talents,and improving the efficiency of hospital management.
