| Objective:Questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the mastery and implementation of exercise prescription by general practice teachers in Taiyuan,and to explore the factors affecting the learning and use of exercise prescription by general practice teachers,so as to provide theoretical reference for the implementation and implementation of exercise prescription by general practice teachers in the future.By strengthening the teachers exercise prescription training in general medicine,strengthen and improve the teaching ability of exercise prescription,to further promote the all-around doctor prescribe exercise,enables people to sports science,in order to achieve effective prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,improve the elderly and patients with chronic diseases patients survival quality,reduce the complications and mortality,reduce medical costs and the purpose of health care cost.Methods:The questionnaire on the knowledge,belief,practice and influencing factors of exercise Prescription of general medicine teachers was compiled by means of literature and expert interview.The research group investigated 647 medical staff with general practice teachers in Taiyuan,and finally harvested 629 valid questionnaires.The data were input into the database and imported into SPSS26.0 to analyze the differences in the knowledge,beliefs and behavior status of sports prescription among general practice teachers with different educational background,length of service,professional title,units and specialties through one-way an OVA and multiple comparative analysis.Exploratory factor analysis was carried out to study the factors affecting the knowledge,belief and practice of exercise prescription of general medicine teachers.Results:(1)The total score rate of knowledge,attitude and practice of exercise prescription was56.97%,and the score rate of knowledge degree,attitude and behavior degree were67.23%,77.82% and 37.31%,respectively.(2)There was no significant difference in awareness of exercise prescription among teachers with different working age,educational background,professional title and units(P > 0.05);However,there was a significant difference between the awareness degree of general practice teachers with less than 5 years of service and those with more than 5 years of service(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in awareness of exercise prescription between tertiary hospitals and primary health care institutions(P < 0.05).(3)There were significant differences in the belief degree of general practice teachers with different seniority,educational background and units(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the belief degree of exercise prescription among general practice teachers with different professional titles(P > 0.05).(4)There were significant differences in the degree of practice among teachers of different ages,educational backgrounds,professional titles and units(P < 0.05).(5)There were significant differences in awareness,belief and behavior of exercise prescription among teachers of different majors(P < 0.05).(6)There are three factors that affect the knowledge,belief and practice of sports prescription of taiyuan general practice medicine teachers: awareness,belief and practice.Conclusion:(1)The overall level of knowledge,belief and practice of sports prescription among taiyuan general practice medicine teachers was at a low level,the awareness and belief of sports prescription was at a medium level,and the practice of sports prescription was at a low level.(2)There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the awareness degree of exercise prescription among general practice teachers with different working years,different educational backgrounds,different professional titles and different units(P > 0.05),but the awareness degree of exercise prescription among general practice teachers with working years less than 5 years was higher than that of general practice teachers with working years more than 5 years;Unit level was the general medicine teachers in primary health and medical institutions,whose awareness of exercise prescription was higher.(3)The belief degree of the general practice teachers with lower unit level and lower education level was higher,the belief degree of the general practice teachers with less than 5 years of service was the highest,and the belief degree of the general practice teachers with more than 5 years of service increased gradually with the increase of the belief degree.(4)The lower the educational level,the longer the length of service,the higher the professional title level of the general practice of the exercise prescription of the teachers,but the non-tertiary medical institutions of the general practice of the exercise prescription of the teachers is higher than the tertiary medical institutions.(5)The degree of knowledge,belief and practice of general practice teachers of general practice majors are higher than those of non-general practice teachers.(6)The major and training of general practice teachers and the superiority of understanding of exercise prescription were the important factors influencing the awareness of general practice teachers on exercise prescription;The promotion of sports prescription,whether schools carry out sports prescription courses and whether hospitals provide policy or economic support are the important factors affecting the belief degree of sports prescription.The main factors affecting the exercise prescription of general medicine teachers mainly include patients,general medicine teachers themselves and the surrounding environment.(7)Detailed rules for the implementation of relevant departments should introduce systematic,targeted,and form a complete set of policies and regulations,develop chronic diseases "sports and health fusion" path,standardization of "sports and health" compound talents cultivation,increase exercise prescription curriculum and continuing education and job training in general medicine,enhance teachers’ post competency in general medicine,to improve teachers’
