Study On Job Burnout Status And Infulencing Factors Among Standarized Training Of General Practitioners In Liaoning Province

Objective:To understand the current situation and influencing factors of job burnout of general residents in Liaoning province,so as to provide accurate references for the residency training for general practitioners.Methods: In October-December,2018,a cross-sectional survey was conducted among the 2016-2018 standardized training for general practitioners in 30 standardized training bases of resident physicians in Liaoning province.The questionnaire included a self-designed general situation questionnaire,Maslach Burnout Survey and depression screening.Data entry was performed with Epidate3.1and statistical analysis was performed with SPSS23.0 software.measurement data using ` x±s,rank sum test,t-test and AVOA analysis were used to analyze the occurrence of job burnout and the differences in scores of each dimensions among different groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between job burnout and depression and multivariate linear regression was used to explore the influencing factors of job burnout of standardized training for general practitioners.Results: 1.In this survey,a total of 800 questionnaires were issued.A total of 738 valid questionnaires were included in the statistical analysis,with an effective recovery rate of 92.25%.The prevalence rate of job burnout was 58.8%,among which slight burnout was 26.3%,moderate burnout was 19.2%,and severe burnout was13.3%.2.Univariate analysis and correlation analysis showed that emotional exhaustion was significantly correlated with marital status,identity type of the trainees,weekly working hours,monthly income,the time of sleep per day,the employment prospect,whether or not to continue to engage in generalpractice,training environment(P<0.05).Cynicism was significantly correlated with marital status,the grade of trainees,the volunteer,dentity type of the trainees,weekly working hours,monthly income,the time of sleep per day,employment prospect,training environment,whether or not to continue to engage in general practice,(P<0.05).The reduce personal accomplishment was significantly correlated with gender,homeplace,statustype,the time of sleep per day,employment prospect,training environment,whether or not to continue to engage in general practice(P<0.05).3.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of emotional exhaustion include marital status,weekly working hours,training environment,employment prospect and depression.The influential factors of cynicism include marital status,grade,identity type,training environment,employment prospect and depression,the influencing factors of reduce personal accomplishment include gender,homeplace,training environment,employment prospect and depression.Conclusion: Burnout is serious in the standardized training of general practitioners in Liaoning province,the influencing factors of emotional exhaustion include gender,marital status,homeplace,grades,identity type of the trainees,weekly working hours,training environment,employment prospect.and there is a significant correlation between burnout and depressive symptoms.
