Objective:To investigate and compare the clinical efficacy of Anterior subcutaneous internal fixator and Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of anterior pelvic ring fracture. Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 62 patients with anterior ring pelvic fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 with complete follow-up.According to Tile classification, there were 45 cases of type B and 17 cases of type C.The patients were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods, including 32 cases in INFIX group and 30 cases in MIPPO group.INFIX group:20 males and 12 females, aged 19-65 years;MIPPO group: 18 males and 12 females, aged 22-59 years.Operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative fluoroscopy times, fracture healing time, postoperative complications, fracture reduction quality(Matta score)and functional recovery after fracture(Majeed score)were compared between the two groups. Results:Patients in both groups were followed up for 10-16 months, with an average of 13.5months.The operative time(57.25±8.95min)and intraoperative blood loss(45.38±9.04ml)in INFIX group were lower than those in MIPPO group(90.97±9.76min)and(95.93 ± 9.38)ml,there were significant differences in operative time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P < 0.05);the postoperative complications in INFIX group were significantly higher than those in MIPPO group. There were no significant differences in intraoperative fluoroscopy times, callus formation time, fracture reduction quality(Matta score)and Majeed score at the last follow-up between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:Subcutaneous anterior ring built-in outside the frame are fixed with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation is an effective surgical procedure for treatment before the pelvic ring fractures, the surgery effect similar to that of patients with subcutaneous anterior ring built-in outside the frame fixed to reduce the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, but its complications is more, physicians according to patients with specific conditions to choose appropriate fixed way.
