Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of tirofiban in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients with different causes within 24 hours and super thrombolysis time window(6 hours).Methods:122 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted to Fenyang Hospital of Shanxi Province from January 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into test group(tirofiban + double antibody)59 cases and control group(double antibody)63cases;The general condition,NIHSS score, the number of cases with m RS score of 0-2at the time of admission, the number of cases with NIHSS score of 24 hours and 7 days after treatment, and the number of cases with m RS score of 0-2 at 3 months after treatment were recorded. At the same time, the extracranial and extracranial hemorrhage of the two groups were recorded, and the treatment efficiency of the two groups and the treatment efficiency of different etiological subgroups were calculated. Results:The NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group 24 hours after treatment and 7 days after treatment. The treatment effectiveness rate of the experimental group at 7 days after treatment and the ratio of m RS score at 0-2points at 3 months after treatment were higher than that of the control group. The treatment effectiveness rate of the small artery occlusion subgroup of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in bleeding between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05).Conclusion:Tirofiban is safe and effective in the super thrombolytic time window treatment of AIS with different etiology, and the curative effect is more significant in arteriolar occlusion group.
