Research On Xi Jinping’s Important Discussion On Building A Global Community Of Health

As a global public health emergency,the novel coronavirus epidemic(hereinafter referred to as "COVID-19 epidemic")poses a great threat to human life and health,and also brings a severe test to the global public health governance capacity.In order to support the global epidemic fight,make up for the shortcomings of global governance,unite the global anti-epidemic force and safeguard human life and health,Xi Jinping put forward an important exposition on building a global community of health.The thesis is divided into six parts.The introduction explains the reason and significance of the topic selection,collates and comments the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on human health community,designs the research ideas of the thesis,explains the research methods of the thesis,and points out the innovation and shortcomings of the thesis.In the second chapter,we analyze the generative logic of the important discourse.Human health community is an important exposition put forward by China on the basis of inheriting Marx’s community thought,continuing Chinese excellent traditional culture and expanding Community of Shared Future for Mankind’s idea,which is based on the domestic and foreign backgrounds such as the deepening of globalization,the increasingly severe influence of non-traditional security,the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength and remarkable anti-epidemic effect.In the process of fighting the epidemic,China always adheres to the people-centered principle and respects people’s life and health;Adhere to overall planning and coordination of epidemic prevention and control;Insists on observing people’s lives and health in all countries,advocates resource sharing,and actively contributes to China’s program for world health governance.The fourth chapter analyzes Xi Jinping’s important exposition on human health community.Xi pointed out that we should adhere to the supremacy of people and life,scientific overall response,solidarity and cooperation among countries,fairness,bridging the gap,treating both the symptoms and root causes,and improving the governance system.This thesis analyzes its content from the aspects of who,why,who,how and what kind of human health community to build.Human health community is an important exposition with a broad world vision and deep human feelings.China insists on promoting the construction of human health community by scientific thinking,and at the same time,it insists on grasping its practical predicament with a clear problem consciousness,and promotes its effective combination with the current concrete practice.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the important exposition on building a global community of health.In terms of theoretical significance,it carried forward Chinese excellent traditional culture,enriched the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and realized the new development of Marx’s community thought in China;In terms of practical significance,it gathers strength for global epidemic prevention,contributes to China’s experience,and provides reference for world health exchanges.
