Clinical Observation Of Vertebral Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Nerve Root Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of vertebral acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,a vertebral acupuncture group and a massage group were established.The vertebral acupuncture group was treated with vertebral acupuncture combined with massage manipulation,and the massage group was treated with a single massage manipulation.The changes of the observation indexes and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the application value of vertebral acupuncture therapy in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy was comprehensively evaluated.Method:1.Grouping: During the period from December 2020 to December 2021,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to screen out60 patients with cervical radiculopathy.SPSS 26.0 software was used to randomize the included patients,including 30 cases in the vertebral acupuncture group and 30 cases in the massage group.2.Observation indicators: The visual analogue scale(VAS)and the tanaka yasujiu scale were selected as the clinical efficacy observation indicators of this study.3.Treatment:3.1 Tuina GroupAccording to the different massage treatment methods,the patient takes a sitting position and a prone position,while the surgeon stands behind or beside the patient.The main points are Fengchi,Dazhui,Fengfu,Neckjiaji,Jianjing and Ashi;the auxiliary points are Tianzong,Jianzhen,Bingfeng and Jianwaishu.Neck and shoulder manipulation: The surgeon stands behind or beside the patient and places one hand on the patient’s forehead.To play a fixed role,use the thumb and index finger of the other hand to rub the neck,focusing on the spasm and tendernessIf necessary,you can cooperate with the neck flexion and extension exercise,and repeat the operation 4 to 5 times;then press the bilateral Fengchi acupoint,the bilateral neckjiaji acupoint and the Fengfu acupoint,and it is better to feel soreness and bloating at the place where the pressure is pressed.Press the acupoints for 1 minute,and repeat the operation 4 to 5 times;then gently press the Fengchi points on both sides,and repeat the operation 4 to 5 times with the feeling of soreness spread to both sides of the head;And at Dazhui point,Jianjing point,Ashi point to perform thumb pressing method,in order to produce a feeling of soreness,repeat the operation 4 to 5 times.Back operation: The patient is in a prone position,the surgeon stands beside the operating bed,performs palm root kneading or full palm kneading on the back,then lifts and pinches the back muscles to relax the muscles,and presses the Tianzong,shoulder and shoulders with the elbow.Zhen,Bingfeng,Jianwaishu and other points are repeated 4 to 5times.Cervical vertebra rotation reduction method: If the slanted spinous process is touched during the diagnosis and treatment,use one thumb to press the slanted spinous process,and the other hand supports the patient’s mandibular angle,instructing the patient to bow his head and the operator to gently lift and rotate the neck Several times play the role of relaxation.The neck is then rotated to the maximum angle and held,and then repositioned with sudden dexterity without the patient noticing.3.2 Vertebral needle group:The vertebral acupuncture group was treated with vertebral acupuncture on the basis of the massage group.A new type of cervical spondylosis treatment tool-vertebral needle(patent number:Z1200920142248.6)is mainly composed of a hammer head and a round sharp head.It is made of special materials.The surface of the vertebral body is smooth,free of burrs,and not easy to crack.open.The patient was in a prone sitting position with both upper limbs on the back of the chair and the forehead on the back of the hands.Fully expose the surgical site,such as the neck and shoulders,while the surgeon stands behind or beside the patient.The main points are selected from Fengfu to Dazhui,from C1-T1 Jiaji on both sides,from Fengchi to Jianjing on both sides,and from Tianzhu to Jianzhongshu on both sides.Select Baihui,Yintang,Taiyang,Tianzong,Ashi,Tianfu,Shousanli and Zhigou.First,apply essential oils evenly over the treatment site to lubricate and reduce friction between the needle and the skin.Buckling on the occipital tuberosity with one hand can protect Fengfu and Yamen points.Then,in the order point;shoulder pain,use Ashi point and Tianzong point Perform rotary kneading and hammering for 10 times each;for upper limb pain and weakness,perform hammering for 10 times at Ashi,Tianfu,Shousanli and Zhigou points,with10 horizontal and vertical sliding massages each.3.3 Course of treatmentOne treatment per day was set,with 10 consecutive treatments as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Result:1.Statistical analysis was performed on the baseline data of gender,age,and course of disease of the patients in the vertebral acupuncture group and the massage group.The results showed that P > 0.05,indicating that there was no difference in the composition of the baseline data between the two groups,and the next step could be compared.2.VAS scoreBy comparing the VAS scores of the two groups before treatment,the results show that: P > 0.05,indicating that there is no difference in the VAS scores between the two groups before treatment,and the next step can be compared;The results showed: P < 0.05,indicating that both treatments could improve neuropathic pain and reduce VAS scores;by comparing the difference in VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment,the results showed: P < 0.05,indicating that the two treatments There are differences in relieving neuropathic pain,and vertebral acupuncture combined with massage manipulation is superior to single manipulation.3.Tanaka Yasuhisa ScaleBy comparing the two groups of Tanaka Yasujiu scale before treatment,the results show: P > 0.05,indicating that there is no difference between the two groups of Tanaka Yasujiu scale before treatment,the next step can be compared;by comparing the vertebral acupuncture group and the massage group Before and after treatment,the results showed: P < 0.05,indicating that both treatments could improve the Tanaka Yasuji scale and improve the corresponding clinical symptoms and signs;The results showed:P < 0.05,indicating that both treatments could improve the Tanaka Yasuhisa scale,and there were differences in improving the corresponding clinical symptoms and signs.Vertebral acupuncture combined with massage manipulation was superior to a single manipulation manipulation.3.Clinical effectiveness:The effective rate was 90% in the vertebral acupuncture group and73.33% in the massage group.After statistical analysis,the results showed: P < 0.05,indicating that the clinical efficacy between the two groups was different.The test results show that both vertebral acupuncture combined with massage manipulation and single massage manipulation can have certain clinical curative effect,but vertebral acupuncture combined with massage manipulation is better than single manipulation.In conclusion:1.Vertebral acupuncture combined with massage manipulation and single manipulation can improve the clinical manifestations of neuropathic pain,weakness,numbness,neck stiffness and discomfort,and limb movement function in patients with cervical radiculopathy,and improve clinical efficiency.2.The clinical efficacy of vertebral acupuncture combined with massage manipulation in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy is better than that of single manipulation.
