Clinical Observation Of Xiaozheng Mixture Combined With Zhuyun Oral Liquid In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Surgery For Infertility Induced By Stage Ⅰ And Ⅱ Endometriosis

Objective To observe the effect of Xiaozheng mixture combined with Zhuyun oral liquid on TCM Syndrome Score,TCM Syndrome curative effect,serum CA125,uterine artery blood flow parameters(PI,RI)and pregnancy of patients with stage I and II endometriosis infertility after laparoscopic operation,in order to search for an effective treatment method of TCM for the patients with stage I and II endometriosis infertility(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type)after laparoscopic.MethodThe 84 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table,each group had 42 cases.Treatment Group:Xiaozheng Mixture combined with Zhuyun oral liquid treatment by stages;control group: Expectant treatment after laparoscopic surgery.Follicular monitoring was performed at the first menstrual cycle after operation in both groups,and the patients were instructed to have the same chamber.To observe the TCM Syndrome Integral,TCM Syndrome curative effect,serum CA125,uterine artery blood flow parameters(PI,RI)of the two groups before and after treatment in the 6th Menstrual Cycle,and to count the pregnancy rate in the 5th menstrual cycle,and carries on the statistical analysis,the comparison two groups Treatment Method curative effect difference.Results1.General data comparison:Age,duration of infertility,type of infertility,ASRM stage,EFI score,pre-treatment Tcm Syndrome score,serum CA125,uterine artery blood flow parameters(PI,RI),there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Comparison of integral points of TCM Syndrome:the scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the pre-treatment group(P<0.05);the TCM Syndrome score of the control group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM Syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the rapeutic effects of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of TCM Syndrome in the treatment group was 90.24%,and that in the control group was 61.9%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Comparison of uterine arterial blood flow parameters(PI,RI):After Treatment,PI and RI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between PI and RI in the Control Group after treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),PI and RI in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of serum CA125 value:There was no significant difference between the two groups after Treatment(P>0.05).6.Intrauterine pregnancy:After treatment,22 cases of intrauterine pregnancy in treatment group,intrauterine pregnancy rate was 53.7%,10 cases of intrauterine pregnancy in control group,intrauterine pregnancy rate was 23.8%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with the expectant treatment after laparoscopic operation,Xiaozheng mixture combined with Zhuyun oral liquid can effectively reduce the resistance of uterine artery blood perfusion in the treatment of patients with stage I and Stage II endometriosis infertility due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis,improvement of TCM syndrome,increase pregnancy rate,the treatment program in clinical application period without adverse reactions.
