Objective:The correlation analysis between the TCM syndrome types of colorectal cancer and the degree of preoperative anemia and postoperative pathological factors provides a theoretical reference for the early correction of tumor-related anemia in colorectal cancer patients and the investigation of the connection between TCM syndrome and postoperative pathological factors. Methods:The degree of preoperative anemia, general situation, tumor pathology, and four diagnosis information of traditional Chinese medicine in 175 patients with colorectal cancer were collected, and the correlation between the type of traditional Chinese medicine in colorectal cancer and the degree of anemia before surgery and postoperative pathological factors were statistically analyzed, and the laws were summarized from them.Result:1.In this study, colorectal cancer patients were more male(56%)than female(44%),the ratio was 1.27:1,the average age was 64.64 ± 12.15 years old,and the patients over the age of65 accounted for 52.57%,accounting for the largest proportion;the previous patients with diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and one of the hypoproteinemias were as high as 78.86%.2.This study found that the number of colorectal cancer patients with anemia accounted for 55.43%,of which according to the degree of anemia,78 cases of normal(44.57%)> 72 cases of mild anemia(41.14%)> 19 cases of moderate anemia(10.86%)> 6 cases of severe anemia(3.43%),mainly mild anemia.3.From the perspective of the incidence of tumors in this study, the site of incidence is the most common in the rectum, accounting for 53.14%;from the perspective of tumor pathological stage, there are more patients in stage III,accounting for 39.43%;from the perspective of tumor pathological classification, there are more patients with ordinary adenocarcinoma, accounting for 69.14%;from the perspective of tumor general classification, mainly ulcer type;from the perspective of tumor differentiation,144 cases(82.89%)> 22cases(12.57%)> 9 cases with high differentiation(5.14%)From the perspective of tumor vascular nerve invasion, there were 131 cases(74.86%)of patients with tumor invasion of vascular nerves.4.There was an obvious correlation between the TCM syndrome types of colorectal cancer and age, hypoproteinemia, preoperative anemia degree, tumor incidence site,TNM stage, tumor differentiation degree, tumor vascular nerve invasion(P<0.05),and there was no obvious correlation between sex, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, tumor pathological classification, and tumor general classification(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Colorectal cancer patients in this study are mainly male, the elderly are the most common, the number of preoperative anemia is 55.43%,mainly mild anemia, and about 80%of patients have previously suffered from diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and one of the patients with hypoproteinemia. The tumor type is mainly ulcerated ordinary adenocarcinoma, the tumor incidence site is common in the rectum, the tumor pathology is more common in stage III,and the tumor vascular nerve invasion occupies a considerable proportion.2.Colorectal cancer TCM syndrome types are in order from more to less: dampness and heat accumulation syndrome(25.71%)> qi and blood deficiency syndrome(17.71%)> stasis and toxin internal resistance syndrome(16.57%)>,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(14.29%),spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome(13.71%),> liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(12.00%).Divided into virtual and real, the preoperative TCM evidence type is equivalent to the false evidence, and the virtual and real are the least mixed.3.There was no obvious correlation between the distribution of TCM syndrome types and sex, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, tumor pathological typing, and tumor general classification.4.The distribution of TCM syndrome types has a significant correlation with age, young and middle-aged patients with dampness and heat accumulation syndrome, stasis and toxin internal resistance syndrome are more common, elderly patients are mainly spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome, liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome, the distribution of TCM syndrome types and hypoproteinemia has a significant correlation, the proportion of patients with dampness and heat accumulation syndrome is low,and the proportion of hypoproteinemia in patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome and qi and blood deficiency syndrome is high There was a significant correlation between the distribution of TCM syndrome and the degree of preoperative anemia, and patients with dampness and heat accumulation syndrome and internal obstruction of stasis were not prone to anemia, and patients with qi and blood deficiency syndrome and liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome were prone to anemia Compared with rectal cancer, the proportion of qi and blood deficiency syndrome was significantly related to that of patients with qi and blood deficiency syndrome in right hemicolonal cancer;the distribution of TCM syndrome types was significantly related to TNM stage, the proportion of patients with qi and blood deficiency syndrome was less in stage I,and the proportion of patients with stasis and toxin internal resistance syndrome was less;the distribution of TCM syndrome types was significantly related to the degree of tumor differentiation, compared with low differentiation, the proportion of highly differentiated spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome was larger;the distribution of TCM syndrome types was significantly related to the invasion of vascular nerves, compared with vascular nerve invasion(-).It is more common in patients with neurovascular invasion(+)who have evidence of qi and blood deficiency syndrome and stasis and toxin internal resistance syndrome.
