Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of massage combined with cupping therapy on extension, maximum activity of internal rotation, degree of shoulder pain and ability of daily life of shoulder joint in patients with rigid periarthritis of shoulder,so as to provide a more optimized treatment plan for patients with rigid periarthritis of shoulder. Methods:In this study,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria of scapulohumeral periarthritis and stiffness in the massage Department of Fujian Second People’s Hospital were selected.SPSS was used to generate random numbers, and they were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number method,36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group.Treatment group: massage combined with cupping therapy, control group:simple massage treatment, the two groups were treated once every other day,10 times as an observation period.By comparing the two groups before and after treatment after stretch spin biggest activity,VAS pain score, the Constant-Murley score of shoulder function change,at the same time, according to the traditional Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principles for clinical curative effect evaluation, comprehensive evaluation of the massage therapy combined with cupping movement from several aspects to improve stiffness after the period of periarthritis of shoulder stretch limited in clinical curative effect.Results:1.Pre-treatment evaluation: The two groups were comparable in baseline data such as gender, age, course of disease, maximum motion of extensor internal rotation of shoulder joint,VAS score, daily life ability score of shoulder joint,etc.2.Maximum range of motion of shoulder joint in posterior extension: before and after treatment, the maximum activity of extension and internal rotation in the two groups was compared within the group,P < 0.05;After treatment, the maximum activity of postextension and internal rotation in the two groups was compared between the two groups,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the maximum activity of postextension and internal rotation in both groups was improved through treatment. Moreover, cupping exercise therapy improved the maximum motion of postextension and internal rotation significantly better than only massage.3.VAS: comparison between the two groups before and after treatment,P < 0.05;After treatment, the comparison between the two groups,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the two treatment methods in the study can relieve shoulder pain; And cupping exercise therapy is better than only massage.4.Constant-Murley shoulder daily living ability score: After treatment, the shoulder daily living ability of both groups improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement of shoulder daily living ability of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).5.Evaluation of clinical efficacy: after treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically different(P < 0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of massage combined with cupping therapy on periarthritis of shoulder with limited postextension and internal rotation in adhesion stage was better than that of the control group. Conclusions:Massage combined with cupping therapy can increase the maximum activity of postextension and internal rotation in patients with rigid periarthritis of shoulder, reduce shoulder pain, improve the ability of daily life of shoulder joint, and the curative effect is better than simple massage treatment, which is a more optimized treatment plan, worthy of clinical promotion...
