ObjectiveThrough the digital randomized controlled study,by comparing the difference of the clinical efficacy between exercise acupuncture combined with massage and simplemass age in the treatment of scapulohumeral Periarthritis of wind-cold-damp,to seek abetter treatment plan for the treatment of scapulohumeral Periarthritis of wind-cold-da-mp type, and to provide a certain reference value for clinical treatment of scapulohumeral Periarthritis of wind-cold-damp.MethodsSixty-two Patients diagnosed with wind-cold-wet scapulohumeral Periarthritis in the Rehabilitation Department and orthopedic Outpatient Department of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 and met the inclusion criteria were collected. Two groups were divided into two groups. The experimental group received execise acupuncture combined with massage therapy, once every other day,10 times 1 course of treatment,1 course of treatment; The control group was treated with simple massage, once every other day,10 times,1 course of treatment, and 1 course of treatment. After the above treatment, both groups underwent functional exercise at home under the guidance of rehabilitation physicians, twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, and the time lasted until the day after the last treatment of the experimental group and the observation group.VAS pain score,CMS score, local Chinese medicine symptom score of shoulder joint and pain value of tenderness point were observed and recorded in 2 groups on the day before the first treatment and after the last treatment. After collecting and sorting out the data, the statistical software SPSS25.0 was used for data analysis, and P<0.05 was set as statistically significant.Results1.Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in VAS painscore,CMS item scores, local Chinese medicine symptom score of shoulder joint andpain v alue of tenderness point between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two g-r oups were comparable.2.VAS pain score:VAS pain score of 2 groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment, the experimental group was better than the control group in improving VAS pain score. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.CMS score:After treatment, shoulder pain,ADL),ROM score and total CMS score in 2 groups were increased compared with before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment, the improvement of shoulder pain,ADL,ROM and CMS total score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Score of local TCM symptoms of shoulder:after treatment, the score of local TCM symptoms of shoulder of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving local TCM symptoms of shoulder joint, with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Extreme difference of pain value of tenderness point:after treatment, the extreme difference of pain value of tenderness point in the two groups increased compared with before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment, the range of experimental group increased significantly compared with control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Clinical efficacy evaluation results:After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionBoth exercise acupuncture combined with massage and simple massage can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with wind-cold-dampness periarthritis of shoulder, but exercise acupuncture combined with massage therapy is better and worthy of clinical application.
