| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xing Qi Huo Xue soup on soft tissue swelling and pain in the early stage of calcaneal fracture.Methods:Patients with calcaneal fracture admitted to the Orthopaedic department of Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to February 2022 were collected.During the experiment,a total of 60 subjects meeting the criteria were included,and a total of 2 samples were dropped,and 58 samples were completed.After admission,the patients in the treatment group and the control group improved relevant examinations to exclude serious diseases and diseases that could affect the test,and received basic treatment of Western medicine.After admission,the patients began to ice,lower limb pad to raise the affected limb,and mannitol for swelling,acetaminophen dihydrocoine tablets for pain relief.The treatment group was additionally given oral Xing Qi Huo Xue soup on the basis of the control group.The differences in age,gender,fracture type,swelling degree,occurrence time of fold sign,VAS pain score,clinical efficacy evaluation and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Finally,statistical software SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:1.In this study,there was no statistical significance in the distribution of general baseline data(gender,age,fracture type,pre-hospital time,etc.)between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).2.Swelling value and swelling elimination rate: There was no statistical significance in the swelling value before treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.The swelling clearance rate of the two groups at 24 h,72h and 120 h after treatment was compared,and there was no significant difference in the swelling clearance rate of the two groups at 24 h after treatment(P > 0.05).The swelling clearance rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05)after 72 h,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The swelling clearance rate of the two groups at 120 h after medication was better in the treatment group than in the control group,with significant statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.Before medication,there was no statistical significance in VAS score between the two groups(P > 0.05).At 24 h after medication,VAS scores of the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),at 24 h after medication,VAS scores of the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),at 72 h and 120 h after medication,VAS scores of the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4.The average preoperative time of calcaneal patients in the two groups was 6.83±2.30 and 7.62±1.68,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The length of hospital stay of calcaneal patients in the two groups was 15.83±3.49 and 17.34±2.35,respectively,the difference was statistically insignificant(P > 0.05).5.The TCM syndrome scores of calcaneal patients in the two groups before treatment were 23.07±1.81 and 22.31±1.89,respectively,and the differences were statistically insignificant(P > 0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were6.21±1.99 and 7.62±2.58,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).In the experiment,the effective rate of both groups was 100%,but in the overall distribution,the improvement rate of the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.In terms of safety indicators,no obvious abnormality was found in the general condition of the patients,liver and kidney function and other related examinations during the study.Conclusion:In this study,Xingqi Huoxue soup combined with Western medicine was used to treat early swelling and pain of calcaneal fracture.The study showed that the combination of the two treatments was superior to the simple Western medicine treatment in eliminating swelling,relieving pain,reducing the waiting time for surgery and reducing the score of TCM symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application. |
