Clinical Observation On Postoperative Swelling And Pain Of Tibial And Fibular Fractures Treated By Zhishang Tuizhong Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhishang Tuizhong Decoction on postoperative swelling and pain of tibial and fibular fractures by randomized controlled trial,and to provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients with tibial and fibular fracture hospitalized in the Orthopedics Department of Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ankle pump training,raising the affected limb and celecoxib capsule.The experimental group was given oral Zhishang Tuizhong Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 7 days,and the degree of reduction in limb swelling and VAS score were measured on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th day after treatment,respectively.The time of first appearance of dermatoglyph was evaluated daily after treatment.Clinical efficacy was evaluated on the 7th day after treatment,and adverse reactions were recorded.SPSS20.0software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of swelling reduction between the two groups at 1 day of treatment(P > 0.05),but the degree of swelling reduction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group at 3,5 and 7 days of treatment,and the time of first appearance of dermatoglyph was earlier in the experimental group than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups for 1 and 3 days of treatment(P > 0.05),and VAS score for 5 and 7 days of treatment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.The clinical efficacy evaluation of experimental group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:The clinical effect of the basic treatment combined with Zhishang Tuizhong Decoction in treating postoperative swelling and pain of tibial and fibular fractures is better than that of the basic treatment alone.
