Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Fumigation And Sitting Bath Of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction On ComplicationsAfter Annular Mixed Hemorrhoids Surgery

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the classical oral medication Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction external fumigation and sitting bath in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoid postoperative complications to explore its efficacy and safety,for further in-depth study and promote the use to the society to provide clinical basis.Verify the internal and the viewpoints of recovery invigorate the circulation of tonga minus the clinical value of external use fumigation sitz bath.Method:The 90 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 2 groups by random number table,with 45 cases in each group.From the first day after surgery,the treatment group was given fumigation and sitting bath of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction,the control group was given fumigation and sitting bath of the potassium permanganate solution(1:5000),once in the morning to the 14 days.Patients in the two groups were observed for their anal pain,wound edge edema,hematochezia and wound exudation on the 3rd,7th,14th and 21st days of post-treatment.The wound healing time after treatment was observed.In the 21 days after surgery the curative effect for the total curative effect evaluation.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Result:1.Two groups of patients with general information and complications(anal pain,wound edge edema,hematochezia and wound exudation)cases prior treatment had no obvious difference(P>0.05),it was comparable.2.Alleviate the anal pain and wound exudation situation,treatment after 3rd,7th days of treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05),14th and 21st days is no statistical significance between groups.3.Wound edge edema,treatment 3rd,7th,14th days of treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05),21st days is no statistical significance between groups.4.After surgery of 21 days the treatment group cure rate is 88.89%,compared with the control group(71.11%),it is statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Treatment group the average wound healing time was 18.556±2.473days,the control group was 20.489±2.582 days,compared with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the wound healing time of the treatment group was fast.6.Bloody situation between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),two groups of patients with postoperative follow-up recurrence was not found.Conclusion:Recovery Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction fumigation and sitting bath after annular mixed hemorrhoid surgery,can effectively alleviate anal pain,relieve edema of anal edge,and wound drainage situation,the curative effect of clear in promote wound healing.Does not appear in the process of drug adverse reactions,no obvious side effects,better security,worthy of clinical application.
