Study Of Relationship Between LncRNA-MIAT And Ventricular Remodeling After Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective:In this study,the expression level of LncRNA-MIAT in peripheral blood monocytes of patients with and without ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction(AMI)was compared to explore the correlation between LncRNA-MIAT and the occurrence of ventricular remodeling after AMI.Methods:From May 2020 to May 2021,105 patients diagnosed with AMI who were admitted to the Cardiovascular Disease Center of The Affiliated Hospital of Yan ’an University for the first time were collected.The expression level of LncRNA-MIAT in peripheral blood monocytes of these patients was determined by RT-PCR.General clinical data,blood biochemical data,surgical data and postoperative medication were collected.The patients were followed up for 6 months,and the cardiac ultrasound indicators within1 week and 6 months of onset were recorded: left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),and left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV).The study subjects were divided into two groups: the ventricular remodeling group and the non-ventricular remodeling group.Statistical methods were used to compare the differences of various indicators between groups,and the correlation between LncRNA-MIAT expression level and ventricular remodeling after AMI was preliminatively studied.Results:1.The comparison of general clinical data,blood biochemical data,surgical data and postoperative medication between the two groups showed statistical differences except for NT-pro BNP comparison(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in other indicators(P > 0.05);2.There were statistically significant differences in ventricular remodeling indexes between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.The relative expression of LncRNA-MIAT in peripheral blood monocytes in the remodeling group(1.52±0.67)was significantly higher than that in the non-remodeling group(0.98±0.52)(P < 0.05).4.With LncRNA-MIAT as independent variable and ventricular remodeling index as dependent variable,Pearson correlation analysis showed that LncRNA-MIAT expression was negatively correlated with LVEF and positively correlated with LVEDV,LAD,LVEDD,IVST and LVPWT.(Correlation coefficient:-0.663,0.602,0.511,0.589,0.557,0.527,P < 0.001);5.Logistic regression analysis showed that NT-pro BNP and LncRNA-MIAT were independent risk factors for ventricular remodeling after AMI.The regression coefficient of NT-pro BNP was 0.008,OR=1.008,and the regression coefficient of LncRNA-MIAT was 1.541,OR=4.669(P < 0.05).6.ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive effect of LncRNA-MIAT on ventricular remodeling after AMI.The optimal truncation value was 1.275,the sensitivity was 73.5%,the specificity was 80.3%,the area under the curve was 0.753,and the 95%confidence interval was(0.649,0.858;P < 0.05).Conclusion:LncRNA-MIAT was associated with ventricular remodeling after AMI,and was an independent risk factor for ventricular remodeling after AMI.LncRNA-MIAT has a good predictive effect on ventricular remodeling after AMI.
