Objective To investigate the metabolic characteristic of collagen index P I CP and PIIINP, and inflammatory factor IL-6 and hs-CRP, and investigate the deposition of content of collagen I and III in infarction zone and in uninfarction zone, though AMI animal models established by ligating left coronary artery in rabbits. To explore the predictive effects of inflammatory factor on cardiac fibrosis, though the study on interrelationship between inflammatory factor and collagen index. To explore the mechanism of β receptor blocker and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) on preventing left ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction, though the effects of Metoprolol and Captopril on serum levels of inflammatory factor such as IL-6 and hs-CRP, and on the serum level of P I CP and PIIINP, and on the deposition of collagen I and III in infarction zone and in uninfarction zone.Method AMI model was established by ligating the left ventricular branch of coronary artery in New Zeeland rabbit under caliec anaesthesia with pentobarbital sodium, control group did not ligate the coronary artery. 48 succeeded AMI models were randomly divided into four groups, ligated group, Metoprolol group, Captopril group, Metoprolol plus Captopril group, each was 12. And other 10 sham models were control group. At the end of the experiment, the numbers of survival animal were 10, 8, 9, 7, 7 in ligated group, Metoprolol group, Captopril group, Metoprolol plus Captopril group, and control group respectively. Oral captopril (6.25 mg/kg) or Oral Metoprolol (12.5mg/Kg/d ) at beginning were administered at second day after...
