| Objective: Through clinical retrospective study,observe the therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue recipe combined with estrogen and progesterone in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion,explore the role of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of the disease,and provide objective basis for the clinical promotion and application of Bushen Huoxue recipe combined with estrogen and progesterone in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion.Methods: By collecting the cases of hysteroscopy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,which were clearly diagnosed as intrauterine adhesion and separation of intrauterine adhesion(TCRA),133 patients with mild,moderate and dialectical intrauterine adhesion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were selected for retrospective study.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and traditional Chinese and Western medicine group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Bushen Huoxue recipe,a total of 38 cases;The western medicine group received sequential treatment with estrogen and progesterone,a total of 41 cases;Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Recipe + estrogen and progesterone in sequence,a total of 54 cases.The endometrial thickness,menstrual condition,TCM syndrome score,grading score of intrauterine adhesion and pregnancy within 1 year of follow-up were observed before and after treatment.Results: 1.Comparison of general data:there was no significant difference in the general data(age,course of disease,number of intrauterine operations,degree of intrauterine adhesion,preoperative endometrial thickness and TCM symptom score)among the three groups(P > 0.05).2.Endometrial recovery: compared with before and after treatment,the endometrial thickness of the three groups increased,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The thickness of endometrium in traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly higher than that in traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(P > 0.05).It shows that the effect of Chinese and Western medicine group in promoting endometrial repair is more significant than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group.3.Improvement of intrauterine adhesion: compared before and after treatment,the intrauterine adhesion scores of the three groups decreased,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating that the three treatment methods can effectively improve the intrauterine adhesion.There was no significant difference among traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and traditional Chinese and Western medicine group(P > 0.05).4.Improvement of TCM symptoms:in terms of the total score of main symptoms(menstruation),the improvement of the total score of main symptoms in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was better than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the total score of main symptoms in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group was the same(P > 0.05);In terms of the total score of secondary syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,the improvement of the total score of secondary syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(P < 0.05),and the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of Western Medicine group(P < 0.05);In terms of the total score of TCM symptoms,the Chinese and Western medicine group was better than the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group in the improvement of the total score of TCM symptoms(P < 0.05),and the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group were consistent in the improvement of the total score of TCM symptoms(P > 0.05),indicating that the Chinese and Western medicine group was better than the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group in the improvement of main symptoms and secondary symptoms;The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine group is equivalent to that of Western medicine group in the improvement of main symptoms,and better than that of Western medicine group in the improvement of secondary symptoms.5.Pregnancy: followed up for 1 year after treatment.In the traditional Chinese medicine group,there were 18 patients with mild adhesion,14 pregnant,and the pregnancy rate was 78%;There were18 patients with moderate adhesion in pregnancy,with a pregnancy rate of39%;In the western medicine group,there were 18 patients with mild adhesion,13 were pregnant,and the pregnancy rate was 72.2%;Among 23 patients with moderate adhesion,9 were pregnant,and the pregnancy rate was39%;There were 25 patients with mild adhesion in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group,21 were pregnant,and the pregnancy rate was84%;There were 29 patients with moderate adhesion and 20 pregnant women.The pregnancy rate was 69%.Chi square test showed that there was significant difference in the distribution of pregnancy rate among the three groups(P < 0.05),indicating that Chinese and Western medicine group was better than traditional Chinese medicine group and Chinese and Western medicine group in improving pregnancy rate.6.In terms of total curative effect: after treatment,the total effective rate of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was 90.7%,that of traditional Chinese medicine group was 73.2%,and that of Western medicine group was 70.0%.The total curative effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was higher than that of Western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion(s):Compared with the three groups of traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group,the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with estrogen and progesterone in the treatment of mild and moderate intrauterine adhesion(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)is better.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has a good clinical effect in promoting endometrial repair,improving menstrual conditions,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and increasing pregnancy rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
