Clinical Observation On Zhuang Medicine’s Acupuncture At Navel Inner Ring Point Combined With Tiaoqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Stomachache Due To Qi Deficiency Of Valley Channel

Objective: By comparing the curative effect difference between Zhuang medicine acupuncture at umbilical inner ring point combined with Tiaoqi Decoction and routine clinical pharmacy in the treatment of Valley Qi deficiency stomach pain,the statistical method is used to calculate,to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of Zhuang medicine acupuncture at umbilical inner ring point combined with Tiaoqi Decoction in the treatment of Valley Qi deficiency stomach pain,and confirm the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine acupuncture at umbilical inner ring point combined with Tiaoqi decoction,providing a new reference basis for Zhuang medicine in the treatment of Valley Qi deficiency stomach pain finally.Methods: 60 patients with Valley Qi deficiency stomach pain who met the clinical diagnostic criteria were collected and divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group according to the time order of treatment and the ratio of 1:1 according to the random number table method.The experimental group was treated with Zhuang medicine acupuncture at umbilical inner ring point combined with Tiaoqi decoction,and the control group was treated with omeprazole enteric coated capsule + colloidal pectin bismuth capsule.Both groups were treated once a day for 30 days.During the treatment,the changes of the patient’s condition were recorded in detail.Before and after the treatment,the patients were scored with TCM symptoms,visual simulation of pain and self-assessment of anxiety,and the adverse reactions occurred during the treatment were recorded.The patients were followed up 3 months after the treatment to calculate the recurrence rate of stomach pain.The database was established by Excel and SPSS 25.0 software were used to process the data for statistics The incidence of TCM symptom score,pain visual simulation score,anxiety self-assessment score,adverse reactions and recurrence of stomach pain were compared and analyzed.Results: 1.During the treatment period,the compliance of the two groups was good,and there were no cases of shedding.Finally,the effective cases in this study were 60 cases.2.Changes of TCM single symptom scores: the scores of epigastric distension,epigastric pain,belching acid reflux,loss of appetite,mental fatigue,heavy limbs,bland mouth and loose stool in the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P< 0.01).Compared between the two groups after treatment,the improvement of bland and tasteless symptoms in the experimental group was equivalent to that in the control group(P> 0.05),and the improvement of other symptoms was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Curative effect of TCM symptoms: in the experimental group,14 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,1 case was effective and2 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 93.3%;In the control group,4 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 70.0%.The curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P< 0.01).4.SAS score: compared between groups,the total average score of SAS in the experimental group was 45.93 and that in the control group was 51.37,P= 0.00< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Compared with before treatment,both groups can effectively improve anxiety symptoms,but the experimental group can improve anxiety more significantly,P= 0.00 < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.The experimental group is better than the control group in improving anxiety.5.VAS score: after treatment,the total standard score of vas in the experimental group was 0(0,0)and that in the control group was 2(0,2),P =0.00 < 0.05.Compared within the group,the two groups can effectively relieve pain,but the score of pain relief in the experimental group is more obvious,P= 0.00 < 0.05.The difference is statistically significant.The experimental group is better than the control group in pain relief.6.Recurrence rate: the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 6.67%,while that of the control group was 46.67%,P= 0.00 < 0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.7.Safety evaluation: in the experimental group,1 case had local bleeding after acupuncture and returned to normal after pressing to stop bleeding;The control group had 1case of vomiting and 1 case of headache,but the symptoms were mild and could be relieved after rest.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 3.33% in the experimental group and 6.67% in the control group,P= 0.554 > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and the safety of the two groups was the same.Conclusion: Zhuang medicine acupuncture at umbilical inner ring point combined with oral Tiaoqi Decoction in the treatment of Valley Qi deficiency stomach pain can effectively improve patients’ clinical symptoms,relieve patients’ pain,reduce the recurrence rate and reduce anxiety.There is no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment process,which has a certain clinical promotion value.
