Clinical Observation Of Zhuang Medicine Jingjin Therapy (Meridian-sinew Therapy) In The Treatment Of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective: To compare and observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)(Zhuang medicine meridian-sinew massage + Zhuang medicine fire needling + cupping)with the combined therapy of conventional tuina + acupuncture + cupping for the treatment of frozen shoulder,in order to provide reference for clinical application.To further explore the therapeutic mechanism and treatment method of Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)in the treatment of frozen shoulder.To enrich the literature on Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)for the treatment of frozen shoulder,so as to further promote Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)as a simple,convenient,inexpensive and experimental technique for the benefit of the public.Methods: A total of 60 patients with frozen shoulder from March 2021 to March 2022 who were hospitalized and outpatients of Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases each.In the control group,conventional TCM joint therapy(Tuina + conventional acupuncture + cupping)was applied with conventional functional exercise.In the treatment group,Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)(Zhuang medicine meridian-sinew massage + Zhuang medicine meridian-sinew fire needling +Zhuang medicine meridian-sinew cupping)was combined with Zhuang medicine stretching exercise.Each group was treated once every 2 days,7 times as a course of treatment,and a total of 2 courses of treatment were monitored.Joint mobility,pain,life ability and muscle strength scores were recorded before and after the treatment,and the clinical efficacy was referred to the Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Practice for Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in Zhuang.Treatment of Common Diseases in Zhuang Medicine".The original data were entered into the computer for statistical analysis to evaluate and compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results: Results: 1.The results of this clinical study showed that there was a significant difference between the Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)group and the conventional Chinese medicine joint therapy group compared with the pre-treatment data.Both therapies were effective in the treatment of frozen shoulder,but the efficacy of Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)in the treatment of frozen shoulder was better than that of conventional TCM combined therapy.2.The VAS scores of patients in both groups were compared,and the results showed that P<0.05,which was statistically significant.This indicates that Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)is more effective than conventional Chinese medicine combination therapy in reducing shoulder joint pain and improving shoulder joint function at the late stages of treatment.3.Intra-group comparisons of VAS scores and CMS scores between the two groups showed that P < 0.05,which was statistically significant,and it indicated that both groups could improve shoulder pain and shoulder function.4.Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the treatment group had cured 12 cases.(6 cases had cured in the first course),11 cases are most effective,6 cases are effective,the total effective rate 96.7%,the control group had cured 6 cases,(3 cases had cured in the first course),8 cases are most effective,13 cases are effective,3 cases are ineffective,and the total effective rate 90.0%.the treatment group had cured 6 patients in the first course,which was twice as many as the control group,and the same was true in the second course.The treatment of frozen shoulder with Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)was fast and the cure rate was high(twice as high as that of conventional combined Chinese medicine therapy)and the total clinical efficiency was also high.Conclusions: 1.In this study,Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)is compared with conventional Chinese medicine combined therapy,and Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)has the advantages of fast onset of action,fast cure,high cure rate and more significant effect.2.The statistical analysis of the study data showed that Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)has advantages over conventional TCM joint therapy in improving shoulder joint pain,pain score and activity function score.The comparison showed that both therapies are effective in the treatment of frozen shoulder in this study,and Zhuang medicine jingjin therapy(meridian-sinew therapy)is more effective than conventional TCM joint therapy in the treatment of frozen shoulder,which is safe and worthy of wide application.
