Clinical Observation Of Wuteng Qufeng Zhitong Decoction In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wuteng Qufeng Zhitong Decoction formula in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by using Wuteng Qufeng Zhitong Decoction formula,to alleviate pain in patients,adjust joint function and improve the integral of zhuang medical syndrome,and to provide more theoretical basis for the clinical promotion of Wuteng Qufeng Zhitong Decoction formula for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,and 30 patients in each group were divided.The treatment group was treated with a topical treatment of Wuteng Qufeng Zhitong Decoction formula,and the control group was treated with diclofenac diethylamine latex externally.Both groups had a treatment cycle of 2 weeks.The scores of the Pain Visual Simulation Scoring(VAS)before and after 2 weeks of treatment,the Knee Osteoarthritis Index Evaluation Scale(WOMAC)and the Quantitative Evaluation Table of Zhuang Medical Syndrome Integral Were recorded in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.Through SPSS25.0 statistical software,the data of VAS pain score,WOMAC score and Quantitative Evaluation Table of VAS pain score,WOMAC score and Zhuang Medical Syndrome integral level before and after treatment of two groups of patients were statistically analyzed and processed,and the collected measurement data was normally distributed,and if it was in line with the normal distribution,it was expressed by mean plus minus standard deviation(`c±s),and analyzed by t-test;if it was not met,it was expressed by quartile and median,and non-parametric rank and test was used for test analysis;the test result was P value.P<0.05 means that the difference is statistically significant,and vice versa is not statistically significant.Results:(1)Before treatment,the sex,age,VAS score,WOAMC score and Zhuang Doctor syndrome score of the two groups were compared,and the P>0.05 was tested,and the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.(2)After 2 weeks of treatment: the VAS score,WOAMC score and Zhuang Medical Syndrome Score of both groups improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS score,WOAMC score and Zhuang Medical Syndrome Score after treatment in the Wuteng Qufeng Zhitong Decoction Formula group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)After 2 weeks of treatment: the total effective rate of the Wuteng Qufeng Zhitong Decoction Treatment Group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,and the P<0.05 was tested by rank and test,indicating that the treatment effect of the Wuteng Qufeng Zhitong Decoction Treatment Group was better than that of the control group.(4)There were no adverse reactions such as allergic reactions,burns,blisters and other adverse reactions in the observation process of the Wuteng Qufeng Zhitong Decoction Formula Group,and the vital signs were stable and the safety was good.Conclusion:(1)Wuteng Qufeng Zhitong Decoction can alleviate patients’ clinical symptoms and improve knee function to a certain extent;(2)Wuteng Qufeng Zhitong Decoction treatment is better than the control group in reducing patients’ joint pain and swelling,improving patients’ joint activity,function and zhuang doctor’s symptoms;(3)there are no adverse reactions in the treatment process,the party is used for clinical safety,and the acceptance degree from the patient’s operation angle and use feeling is high,which is worthy of clinical vigorous promotion and use.
