Objective:By means of questionnaire survey,to count and analyze the correlation between the incidence of children with hordeolum and TCM syndrome, constitution, feeding style, living environment, living habits and other possible influencing factors, analyze the predisposing factors of children with hordeolum and its correlation with children’s TCM Constitution, and summarize the characteristics of TCM syndrome,In order to enhance the accuracy of syndrome differentiation and analysis of pediatric wheat granuloma,so as to further improve the personalized diagnosis and treatment scheme and provide ideas for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods:180 children with hordeolum who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine and Jinan weijiazhuang hongjitang community health service center from January 2020 to October 2021 were collected as the case group and 180 healthy children without a history of hordeolum as the control group.Through a questionnaire survey,a number of information materials of the two groups of children, including themselves, families and living environment, and the data of TCM symptoms of the children in the case group were recorded in detail.Sort out and establish the database, and use spss26.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of data.Firstly, analyze and summarize the collected information, judge the physical type of children and summarize the syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine;on this basis, through statistics and comparison of the differences between the two groups of data, the predisposing factors of hordeolum in children were summarized;and further analyze its correlation with constitution of TCM,so as to put forward the clinical characteristics and evolution law of children’s susceptibility to wheat granuloma.Results:1.In the univariate control study of the factors related to the incidence of children’s hordeolum, there were significant differences in feeding, family factors, diet preference, external environment and emotion.Through multivariate binary logistic regression analysis,it was found that the intake of sugary drinks, eye rubbing habits, parents’smoking and alcohol history, emotion and residential environment exposure were statistically significant;2.Single factor binary logistic regression analysis showed that there were significant differences in balance, spleen deficiency and dampness, heart and liver fire, spleen and stomach fire and intrinsic quality between the two groups(P<0.05).By X~2or Fisher test, gender, birth status, feeding status within 6 months of birth, dietary preference, allergy history, daily drinking water, daily activity, emotional status and biased constitution have significant statistical significance.3.The most common TCM symptoms in children with hordeolum were induration, redness and swelling(80.53%),frequent occurrence of wheat granuloma(78.76%),partial eclipse(63.72%),secret stool(59.29%),dry mouth and thirst(56.64%),and the number of pulse in the tongue(74.51%),red tongue(62.75%)and thin yellow fur(62.75%);the proportion of TCM syndrome types was spleen deficiency damp heat syndrome(55.8%),wind heat external attack syndrome(42.4%),and heat toxin excess syndrome(1.8%).Conclusion:1.Children’s frequent eye rubbing, excessive intake of sugary drinks, irritability, parents’history of smoking and alcohol, and residential environmental exposure are the risk factors of children’s hordeolum;2.The traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution of children with hordeolum is mainly biased constitution, and the balanced quality is the protective constitution of children’s wheat granuloma. The spleen stomach fire, heart and liver fire, special quality and spleen deficiency and dampness are the susceptible constitution of children’s hordeolum, which has guiding significance for the clinical treatment of this disease;3.Birth condition and allergy history are related to idiosyncrasy, gender, body mass index and daily drinking water volume are related to spleen deficiency and dampness, feeding condition, diet preference, daily activity and emotion within 6 months of birth are related to spleen stomach fire quality, intake of sugary drinks and daily activity are related to heart and liver fire quality, which can guide clinical physical conditioning in turn;4.The eight most common TCM syndromes in children with hordeolum are as follows:slightly red and swollen at the beginning of induration, frequent occurrence of hordeolum, fine pulse count, partial eclipse, red tongue, thin yellow fur, secret stool knot, dry mouth and thirst; The TCM syndrome types of children’s hordeolum are mainly spleen deficiency damp heat syndrome and wind heat external attack syndrome, which can provide ideas for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
