Objective:The purpose of this project is to collect the data of children with external cold and internal heat syndrome and use antipyretic foot bath formula to assist antipyretic to understand the improvement of Chinese medicine foot bath method on fever time, heat potential and related symptoms of children,so as to clarify that the use of antipyretic foot bath formula to treat children with external cold and internal heat syndrome has good antipyretic effect and can effectively improve the symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection in children. The foot bath method to guide the children to play a guiding role such diseases. Methods:Children with upper respiratory tract infection treated in the outpatient department of Pediatrics of Pingyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jinan city,Shandong Province from 2020 to 2021 were selected and those who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. All the children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The two groups of children were treated with Western medicine, including intravenous infusion of adenosine, vitamin C and other drugs. The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of Western medicine treatment, and the control group was treated with warm water foot bath on the basis of Western medicine treatment. Before the study, parents and nursing staff of the two groups were instructed to guide the treatment methods and observation and recording methods. When the axillary temperature was greater than 37.3℃ and less than 38.5℃,the experimental group was given 400ml Chinese medicine liquid, heated water to 2000ml and used thermostatic foot bath for foot bath. The water temperature was controlled between 37.0℃and 40℃,and the foot bath could be repeated for 30min.The control group was given 2000ml warm water and used thermostatic foot bath for 30min.Water temperature is also controlled between 37.0℃ and 40℃.And the total course of treatment was 4 days. The differences in temperature drop, speed of antipyretic treatment, time required for body temperature to completely drop to normal, syndrome score and other indicators between the two groups were observed after treatment, and the effectiveness of the two methods was evaluated.Result:1.20 the temperature drop of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group 2 h after foot bath, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the time needed for fully recover normal temperature,no longer rise, time needed for the experimental group significantly less than the control group, there is a significant difference between two groups.(P<0.05).3.from the point of symptom integral, the experimental group of children’s cold outside in the cold heat syndrome symptoms improvement, including fever, thirst, bad cold, cough, stuffy nose, runny nose and other symptoms improved significantly better than that of control group, has a height difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Data from two groups by comparison, the use of adjuvant treatment of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath foot bath party fever children’s cold outside in the cold heat syndrome, the experimental group in the degree of fever and body temperature returned to normal in time were superior to control group, total effective rate is high, and can significantly improve children’s cold outside in the cold heat syndromes symptoms and signs. It is mainly suitable for children with hypothermia,no pain stimulation,no side effects, reduce parents’ excessive dependence on antipyretic drugs, and economic, convenient, children with good compliance,in line with the clinical practice of pediatrics, also reflects the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, play a certain guiding role in the dialectical treatment of children with exogenous diseases. |
