Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Deficiency Of Heart And Kidney Yang With The Modified Kangxinshuai Recipe

Objective: Guided by Professor Zhou Ciqing’s theory of "Treatment of Heart Failure from Heart-Kidney-Yang Deficiency" and the clinical experience of tutor Professor Kong Xiangying,the clinical effect of the modified anti-heart failure formula in the treatment of chronic heart failure with heart-kidney yang deficiency was observed,and its effectiveness was explored.and safety,and provide clinical evidence support for the theory of "Treatment of Heart Failure from Heart-Kidney-Yang Deficiency".Methods: A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure of heart-kidney-yang deficiency type meeting the diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given the addition and subtraction of anti-heart failure formula on the basis of the control group.After continuous treatment for 4 weeks,the improvement of NYHA cardiac function class,NT-pro BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),TCM symptom score,safety and adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and statistical analysis was performed.Results: 1.Comparison of cardiac function classification: Compared with before treatment,the overall effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 90%,and the overall effective rate of patients in the control group was 66.67%.Compared with the control group,the improvement of cardiac function in the treatment group was more obvious(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of NT-pro BNP: After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the levels of NT-pro BNP in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).-pro BNP level decreased more significantly(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of left ventricular ejection fraction: After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups of patients was improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The comparison between groups after treatment showed that there was no significant difference in the improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).4.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The comparison between groups showed that compared with the control group,the TCM symptom scores of the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).5.Safety evaluation: The two groups of patients had no obvious abnormality in blood routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function and other indicators before and after treatment.There were no obvious adverse reactions before and after treatment and during treatment.Conclusion: Compared with conventional western medicine treatment,Kangxinshuaifang modified and subtracted combined with conventional western medicine can effectively improve the heart function of patients,reduce the level of NTpro BNP,and improve clinical symptoms.And the safety is good,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
