Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huiyang Decoction In Treating Chronic Heart Failure Patients With Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective: To study the effects of Yiqi Huiyang recipe on TCM syndrome integrals,NT-pro BNP,LVEF level and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure with deficiency of heart and kidney yang before and after treatment.To evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huiyang recipe in treating chronic heart failure with deficiency of heart and kidney yang.Methods: In the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,30 patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed as heart-kidney yang deficiency from May 2018 to January 2019 were selected.Self-controlled trial.The selected patients were given Yiqi Huiyang prescription on the basis of the conventional western medicine before taking the group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks,and the daily dose was 1 day after meals.The TCM syndrome scores,cardiac function grading,NT-pro BNP,etc.of the patients before and after treatment were observed.Finally,the data were statistically processed and analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.The aspects of TCM syndrome effect of 30 subjects after treatment,12 cases were cured,14 cases effective,4 ineffective 0 cases increased,the total efficiency syndromes can reach 86.67%.TCM treatment before the total score was significantly lower than treatment,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.In terms of cardiac function,the effective rate of cardiac function was86.67%,of which 8 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,4cases were ineffective,and 0 cases were aggravated.Heart function was significantly better after treatment than before treatment.3.In terms of NT-pro BNP level,the level of NT-pro BNP in patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment.P < 0.05,statistically significant.4.Patients were followed up for 30 days and 90 days after treatment.The30-day rehospitalization rate was 3.33%,and the 90-day rehospitalization rate was 13.33%.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Huiyang Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure of heart-kidney yang deficiency type2.Yiqi Huiyang Decoction can improve the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure of heart-kidney yang deficiency type.3.Yiqi Huiyang Decoction can effectively reduce NT-pro BNP level in patients with chronic heart failure of heart-kidney yang deficiency type.
