Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and evaluate the safety of Qingzhong Huashi Decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN),so as to provide clinical reference for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods: 64 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 32 patients in each group. The basic treatment of the two groups were low salt, low fat,high-quality and low protein diet, symptomatic treatment such as controlling blood pressure, controlling infection, diuresis and detumescence. On this basis, the control group was given Huangkui capsule(3 times a day,5 capsules each time),and the treatment group was given Qingzhong Huashi Decoction(Granule, water rinse,1 dose per day, twice warm in the morning and evening).Continuous treatment for 8 weeks was a course. The TCM syndrome score, urine red blood cell count and 24-hour urine protein quantification were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse events was evaluated.SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis, and P(27)0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: 1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease,TCM syndrome score,24-hour urine protein quantity and urine red blood cell count between the two groups(P(29)0.05),indicating comparability.2.In terms of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was90.6%.The rank sum test showed no statistical difference,P(29)0.05,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the two groups was similar.3.In terms of syndrome efficacy, the total effective rate of the control group was 90.6%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was93.8%.According to the rank sum test,P(27)0.05,there was a statistical difference, and the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.4.In terms of improving urinary protein, there was statistically significant difference in urine protein quantification at 24 hours before and after treatment between the two groups,P(27)0.05;There was no statistical difference between the two groups,P(29)0.05,and the treatment effect was similar.5.In terms of improving urinary occult blood, there was statistical difference in urine red blood cell count between the two groups before and after treatment,P(27)0.05;The treatment effect of experimental group was better than that of control group,P(27)0.05.6.In terms of reducing TCM syndrome score, there was statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment,P(27)0.05;The treatment effect of experimental group was better than that of control group,P(27)0.05.7.In terms of improving symptoms, all symptoms of patients in the two groups were improved to varying degrees after treatment. The symptom improvement efficiency of experimental group was higher than that of control group.8.In terms of safety, there were no adverse events during the treatment of the two groups. Conclusion: Qingzhonghuashi Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with damp-heat accumulation chronic glomerulonephritis, reduce the 24-hour urine protein quantification and urine red blood cell count, and significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score, clinical application is safe and worthy of promotion.
