Clinical Observation On Treatment Of CVA (damp-Heat Stagnation Lung) With Xuanfei Huashi Zhike Decoction

Object:To observe the efficacy and safety of salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation and Lung releasing-Damp eliminating-Cough stopping Decoction in treating cough variant asthma with damp-heat stagnation lung,and to provide the better treatment for the clinic.Methods:Cough variant asthma patients（damp-heat stagnation lung）from August 2017 to October 2018 in JiangXi provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xuanfei Huashi Zhike Decoction,and the control group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation for two weeks.The cough symptom score,bronchial provocation test level,Leicester cough questionnaire score and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results:After two weeks of treatment,the scores of cough symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate and control rate of cough symptoms in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences among the three groups（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the Leicester cough questionnaire（LCQ）score and PD₂₀-FEV1 level between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）,The LCQ score of the control group was 17.17±1.20after treatment and 18.14±1.57 in the treatment group,There were extremely significant statistical differences in the statistics process（P<0.01）.After treatment,PD₂₀-FEV1 was 1.20±2.26 mg in the control group and 2.05±2.07mg in the treatment group,no statistically significant difference（P>0.05）,the conversion rate of bronchial provocation test in both groups was 10%,the total effective rate of airway responsiveness was 90%in the treatment group,and 66.67%in the control group,The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.There were2 cases of adverse reactions in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference（P>0.05）.Conclusions:Xuanfei Huashi Zhike Decoction is superior to salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation in improving cough symptoms,cough quality of life and airway hyper-responsiveness in patients with cough variant asthma（damp-heat stagnation lung）.
