ObjectiveAccording to " Jin’s Three-needle Therapy ",mind-regulating acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal acupuncture was used to treat functional constipation of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and a small sample random controlled study was adopted.to observe the efficacy of mind-regulating acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal acupuncture in the treatment of functional constipation of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of this therapy,so as to provide clinical basis for the treatment of the disease in the future.MethodsA total of 90 outpatients from the Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion and the Department of spleen and stomach Diseases of Baoan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The stool classification,defecation difficulty,defecation time,frequency,self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and TCM symptoms of liver depression and spleen deficiency were recorded.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Jin three needles and mind regulating needles combined with gastrointestinal three needles,and the patients in the control group were given lactulose solution.The two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the curative effects of the two groups after treatment and one month after treatment were compared.Refer to the standard of judging the curative effect sort out the data,and finally make a statistical analysis of the results and give a conclusion.ResultsA total of 90 eligible patients were included in the study,8 cases fell out during the trial,and a total of 41 cases in the treatment group and 41 cases in the control group were counted.On the symptoms of constipation,the results showed that both the treatment group and the control group had a certain improvement on constipation symptoms,and the improvement of constipation symptoms in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group at the end of treatment,and the difference between the two groups showed statistical significance.However,at the end of the follow-up 1 month later,the recurrence rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group.In the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,the comparison of the curative effect between the two groups showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups.The results showed that both the treatment group and the control group had a certain therapeutic effect on the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,but the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In the comparison of anxiety and depression scale scores,the comparison of SAS and SDS scale scores between the two groups at the end of treatment showed that the difference was statistically significant,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In the course of treatment,the adverse reactions in the treatment group were less than those in the control group.ConclusionFor the patients with functional constipation of liver depression and spleen deficiency,the therapeutic effect of " Jin’s Three-needle Therapy ",mind-regulating acupuncture combined with gastrointestinal acupuncture is better than that of lactulose solution in the treatment of constipation symptoms,liver depression and spleen deficiency symptoms,anxiety and depression.and it can guarantee the long-term effect,reduce the recurrence rate and reduce the adverse reactions.
