The Clinical Research On The Impact Of Endometrial Receptivity In Elderly Infertile Patients Of Kidney-yang Deficiency By Herb-partitioned Moxibustion On The Navel

Objective: To observe the method of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel combined with oral estradiol valerate and simple oral estradiol valerate therapy for elderly infertile patients of Kidney-Yang deficiency and the receptivity of endometrial receptivity,the influence of the evaluation of the method of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel to improve the clinical curative effect of endometrial receptivity,and preliminarily discussed the method of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel to improve the mechanism of action of the endometrial receptivity,the method of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel-provide clinical basis for elderly infertile.Methods: The 60 elderly infertile patients of Kidney-Yang deficiency who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation and control groups,with 30 patients in each of the two groups.The observation group used the method of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel combined oral estradiol valerate,and the control group chose oral estradiol valerate.Salle score and TCM syndrome score of endometrial receptivity improvement in 2groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)Analysis of endometrial receptivity Salle score: Salle score was improved in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.01),there was no significant difference in Salle score between the two groups after treatment(P﹥0.05),and there was statistical difference in improving PI between the two groups(P﹤0.05),the observation group was better than the control group;(2)TCM syndrome points: The TCM syndrome score was decreased in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.01),According to the scores of TCM syndromes,there was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy of sexual apathy,painful heel and the tongue is light in color and fat in body between the two groups,while there was statistically significant difference in the efficacy of other indicators(P ﹤ 0.05),the observation group was better than the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P﹤0.01).Conclusion:(1)The method of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel combined with oral estradiol valerate can improve endometrial receptivity of elderly infertile patients with kidney-yang deficiency;(2)The method of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel combined with oral estradiol valerate can reduce the TCM syndrome score.
