Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Yunpihuaji Massage In The Treatment Of Infantile Accumulation Stagnation(Spleen Deficiency And Accumulation Type)

Objective: This topic through the comparison of Yunpihuaji massage therapy and conventional massage therapy in the treatment of pediatric stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,comprehensive research and analysis of the clinical effect of Yunpihuaji massage therapy in the treatment of pediatric stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,provide more reasonable and feasible diagnosis and treatment methods and dialectical thinking for clinical treatment of pediatric stagnation.Methods: Sixty-two children who met the diagnostic criteria of infantile stagnation(spleen deficiency and accumulation type)were divided into two groups according to the digital random table method,31 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yunpi Huaji massage,while the control group was treated with conventional massage,once every other day,three times a week,six times as a course of treatment,a total of two courses.The scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups were evaluated and recorded before and after treatment.After sorting out the data,SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to analyze and deal with the clinical efficacy.Results: After treatment,the total effective rates of the two groups were compared.The treatment group was 93.55 %,and the control group was 71.00 %.The treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.After treatment,the main symptom score,secondary symptom score and total score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was significant(P < 0.01),indicating that the two groups had significant curative effect in the treatment of infantile stagnation.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of abdominal pain and fullness,abnormal color,abnormal stool and tongue coating(P < 0.05),especially in the improvement of breast milk,nausea and vomiting,and nocturnal discomfort(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in improving mental state compared with the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Yunpihuaji massage method and conventional massage method have curative effect in the treatment of children with spleen deficiency and accumulation stagnation,but Yunpihuaji massage method is better than the control group in improving symptoms and signs,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
