Clinical Observation Of Du Moxibustion On Primary Osteoporosis Of Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

Objective:This subject evaluates the clinical efficacy of Du moxibustion in the treatment of primary osteoporosis with kidney yang deficiency,so as to provide clinical evidence for Du moxibustion in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods:66 subjects with primary osteoporosis of kidney yang deficiency type were randomly divided into observation group(Du moxibustion group)and control group(drug group),with 33 cases in each group.They were treated with three courses of Du moxibustion and calcium Erqi D combined with afacalcitol soft capsule.The pain score(VAS score),TCM syndrome score and25 hydroxyvitamin D level of the two groups of subjects before and after treatment were collected for statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Du moxibustion in the treatment of primary osteoporosis with kidney yang deficiency.Result:1.Comparison of VAS score:VAS scores in both groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05);The comparison between groups showed that the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:(1)Compared with the control group,the scores of symptoms such as low back pain and asthenia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05);The comparison between the two groups showed that the scores of low back cold pain,fear of cold and warm,and urination frequency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in soreness,weakness and limited lumbar activity(P > 0.05).(2)Total score of TCM syndrome: the comparison within the group showed that there was significant difference in total score of TCM syndrome between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment(P < 0.05);The comparison between groups showed that compared with the control group,the total score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the observation group had more advantages in improving TCM syndrome as a whole than the control group.3.Comparison of 25 hydroxyvitamin D level: the comparison within the group showed that the 25 hydroxyvitamin D level of the two groups increased on average after treatment compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the level of 25 hydroxyvitamin d between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.Comparison of curative effect:(1)comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.76%;The total effective rate of the control group was 77.42%,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);(2)The total effective rate was81.25% in the observation group and 74.19% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Du moxibustion can improve the pain and TCM syndrome of patients with primary osteoporosis of kidney yang deficiency type,and improve the level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D.compared with oral calcium Erqi and afacalcitol soft capsule,Du moxibustion has more advantages in improving the pain and TCM syndrome curative effect of patients with primary osteoporosis of kidney yang deficiency type,and has high safety,which is suitable for clinical application.
