Clinical Effect Of Conventional Acupuncture And Heat-Sensitive Moxibust Ion In The Treatment Of Breast Hyperplasia

Purpose:The curative difference of conventional acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of breast hyperplasia(phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot type)was observed.Method:Will be selected 66 patients are randomly divided into conventional acupuncture combined thermal moxibustion group and conventional acupuncture control group,the first day after the end of menstruation,1 / day,20 times/ course,continuous treatment,using SPSS26.0 will receive general data,quantitative symptoms and signs,sex hormone data and 1 month of breast pain follow-up results data for medical statistical analysis.Results:1.Total efficacy: The total response rate of the main symptoms in the acupuncture group was 90.63% and 80.65%,respectively,and the total response rate of accompanying symptoms was 100.00%.The efficacy of the main symptoms and accompanying symptoms in the two groups was tested,with statistical significance(P <0.05).2.Main disease: the total score,pain score,mass points(including mass texture,range and size)after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);the acupuncture group reduced breast pain(P <0.05),but the reduction of breast mass score(P> 0.05).3.With symptoms: two groups of rib swelling,depression,dysmenorrhea,waist and knee,chest new stuffy integral and its total integral with treatment,statistical differences(P <0.05),two groups after treatment,in the symptoms of total integral and depression,waist and knee acid,chest new stuffy integral have statistical significance,and on rib swelling,dysmenorrhea integral P> 0.05.4.Sex hormones: estradiol and progesterone after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05),estradiol and progesterone(P <0.05),and the latter(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Conventional acupuncture and heat-sensitive moxibustion were effective in the treatment of phlegm and stasis breast hyperplasia,and the improvement effect of breast pain was better than conventional acupuncture,but there was no obvious effect in the treatment of breast mass;in the reduction of systemic symptoms,the overall effect of the treatment group was better,especially in mental depression,waist and knee acid and chest,the effect of the latter.To sum up,the overall performance of conventional acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion is better than simple acupuncture in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of breast hyperplasia,which is more suitable for promotion in clinical practice.
