Clinical Observation Of Self-prescribed Tongqiao Formula Combined With Cryogenic Plasma Ablation In The Treatment Of Chronic Rhinitis With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of tongqiao Prescription combined with cryogenic plasma ablation in the treatment of chronic rhinitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: Ninety patients with chronic rhinitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple low-temperature plasma ablation,and the treatment group was treated with self-made Tongqiao formula combined with low-temperature plasma ablation for 2 weeks.The changes of symptom and sign grading score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and health survey scale(SF-36)score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the short-term curative effect,follow-up curative effect and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results :1.There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Symptom and sign grading score and VAS score: after treatment,two groups of patients with symptoms and signs of grading scores and VAS score than before treatment significantly improved(P<0.01),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.SF-36 scale score: after treatment,the patients in the treatment group had significant improvement in "VT"(P<0.01)and "GH,RE and MH"(P<0.05).The patients in the control group improved in "VT and RE"(P<0.05).There was significant difference in "VT and RE" between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Short term efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%(43/45)and that of the control group was 82.22%(37/45).The short-term efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).5.Follow-up efficacy: after 3 months of follow-up,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%(39/45)and that of the control group was 68.89%(31/45).The follow-up efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Safety: during the treatment,there were no adverse reactions such as nasal dryness,epistaxis and nasal adhesion in both groups.Conclusion: The self-made Tongqiao formula combined with low-temperature plasma ablation is effective in the treatment of chronic rhinitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,which can significantly shorten the recovery time of postoperative symptoms,significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients and improve the quality of life;The self-made Tongqiao formula combined with low-temperature plasma ablation is significantly better than the simple low-temperature plasma ablation in the treatment of chronic rhinitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.It is significantly better than the simple low-temperature plasma ablation in alleviating the symptoms of nasal congestion,runny nose and anosmia,improving the color of nasal mucosa,the hypertrophy of inferior turbinate and other signs,and improving the quality of life such as energy and role-emotional;The self-made Tongqiao formula combined with cryogenic plasma ablation in the treatment ofchronic rhinitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome has no adverse reactions and toxic and side effects,and has high safety.It is suitable for clinical application.
