Clinical Observation Of Self-designed Chronic Rhinitis Medicine On Qi-stagnation And Blood-stasis Chronic Rhinitis Patients

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-designed BIZHILING in the treatment of qi-stagnancy blood-stasis type of BIZHILING and compare it with XUEFUZHUYU tablet,and to explore the therapeutic effect of BIZHILING in the treatment of qi-stagnancy and blood-stasis of chronic rhinitis of Chinese medical science.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with Chronic rhinitis(qi-stagnancy and blood-stasis type),in the first hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018,were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group,with a ratio of 1:1.The study was conducted according to the clinical trial method of random,non-blind,positive parallel control.Among them,the experimental group was treated with self-designed BIZHILING,while the control group was treated with XUEFUZHUYU tablet.14 days were regarded as a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the curative effect was recorded and statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate was 76.7%in the observation group and 60.0-%in the control group.After χ2 test,P-Value<0.05,the difference between two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:This study proves that:1.The self-designed BIZHILING has obvious clinical effect in treating the type of qi-stagnancy and blood-stasis Chronic rhinitis.2.The therapeutic effect of self-designed BIZHILING on the type of q-stagnancy and blood-stasis Chronic rhiniti is better than that of XUEFUZHUYU tablet.
