| Objective: Observation acupuncture with piecewise scrapping therapy of liver stomach heat and the clinical curative effect of chronic gastritis,with radix bupleuri oral liver powder as a control group of Chinese medicine,through the observation to compare the clinical curative effect,clear acupuncture with piecewise scrapping therapy of liver stomach and qi,the treatment of chronic gastritis,efficacy,and safety observation long curative effect in patients,the preliminary discussion on its mechanism,To provide a certain basis for the clinical application of acupuncture combined with piecewise scraping in treating chronic gastritis of liver and stomach qi stagnation type.Methods: A total of 60 cases of chronic gastritis with liver and stomach qi stagnation were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture combined with segmented scraping group)and control group(Traditional Chinese medicine group),with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group used acupuncture combined with segmented scraping method,acupuncture point selection: Zhongwan and bilateral Zusanli,Neiguan,Taichong,Zhangmen,Gongsun,1 times a day,each continuous treatment 6days rest 1 day;Piecewise scraping is selected dorsal segment and rib segment for operation,treatment every 3 days,2 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction,the prescription was Chaihu Shugan SAN,increased and decreased with the disease,1 dose per day,water decocted200 ml,divided into morning and evening twice after meals,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Patients in the two groups were treated strictly according to the doctor’s advice.After treatment,TCM syndrome score,helicobacter pylori infection degree and PRO scale score of gastrointestinal diseases were compared between the two groups before and after treatment to analyze the efficacy difference between the two treatment methods.Results: 1.Comparison before treatment:There were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,helicobacter pylori infection degree and gastroenterology disease PRO scale score between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating clinical comparability.2.Comparison of scores of TCM symptoms:(1)Total scores of TCM symptoms: There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,compared with the control group,the reduction in the treatment group was greater,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Scores of TCM symptoms: After treatment,scores of symptoms in both groups were improved,with significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,there was no significant difference in symptoms scores of epigastric swelling,pain,belching and pantothenic acid between the two groups(P>0.05),and in symptoms scores of full flank swelling,irritability and other symptoms,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of helicobacter pylori infection degree: After treatment,the degree of helicobacter pylori infection was improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the degree of helicobacter pylori infection(P<0.05).4.Comparison of PRO scale score of gastroenteropathy: After treatment,PRO scale score of gastroenteropathy in both groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing PRO scale score of gastroenteropathy(P<0.05).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: In the treatment group,3 cases were cured,10 cases were significantly effective,15 cases were effective and 1case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.55%;In the control group,1 case was cured,4 cases were effective,20 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 89.29%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with fractional scrapping can ignificantly improve the TCM symptoms of chronic gastritis patients with liver and stomach qi stagnation,reduce the degree of Helicobacter Pylori infection and PRO scale score of gastrointestinal diseases,the curative effect is accurate,high safety,worthy of promotion. |
