Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Breast Hyperplasia By Zhuang Medical Heat-sensitive Acupoint Acupuncture Therapy

Objective:This study observed the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine heat-sensitive moxibustion acupuncture in the treatment of breast hyperplasia,and provided a reference basis for Zhuang medicine heat-sensitive moxibustion acupuncture in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods: Sixty patients with breast hyperplasia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group(Zhuang medicine heat sensitive point acupuncture group)and 30 cases in the control group(traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture plus moxibustion group).Among them,the main points in the treatment group were umbilical line point,plum blossom point,jieding point,umbilical inner ring point(liver and kidney),Biandan point,Quchi point,Sanyinjiao point and Yingchuang point,which were treated with Zhuang medicine heat sensitive point acupuncture.The main points in the control group were Rugen,Qimen,Tanzhong,Wuyi,Taichong and Zusanli,and then Neiguan,Ganshu,Shenshu,Fenglong,Zhongwan and Guanyuan were added and subtracted with the syndrome.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and traditional moxibustion.Both groups of patients started treatment 10 days before menstruation,once every other day,stopped treatment due to menstruation,and continued treatment for 3 menstrual cycles.The breast pain score,tumor size,distribution range and hardness score,and the scores of accompanying symptoms such as emotional changes,abnormal menstruation,fullness of both flanks,insomnia and dreaminess were observed before and after treatment.The scores were statistically compared to evaluate the curative effect.Results:1.Baseline data comparison:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,course of disease,breast pain score,breast mass score,concomitant symptom score and total score between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the breast pain score,breast mass score,concomitant symptom score and total score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05).The treatment group and the control group were equally effective in improving breast pain score,breast mass score,concomitant symptom score and total score(P > 0.05).3.In the treatment group,0 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,23 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.33%;In the control group,0 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,23 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 90.00%.The difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The overall efficacy of the two therapies in the treatment of breast hyperplasia was the same.4.The safety evaluation of the treatment group in this study is grade II.The heat sensitive acupoint acupuncture therapy of Zhuang medicine is safe in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Conclusion:1.Zhuang medicine heat sensitive acupoint acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with breast hyperplasia,such as breast pain,abnormal mood,irregular menstruation,sleep disorder and so on.2.The heat sensitive acupoint acupuncture therapy of Zhuang medicine can effectively reduce the size and distribution of breast mass and soften the hardness of breast.3.The overall curative effect of Zhuang medicine heat sensitive point acupuncture in the treatment of breast hyperplasia is equivalent to that of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.
