| Objective:To observe the changes of intestinal symptom scale(IBS-SSS)score and quality of life questionnaire(IBS-QOL)score before and after the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)In order to clarify the curative effect of acupuncture therapy IBS-D and to provide reference for the treatment of acupuncture therapy.Methods: The 60 patients who met the criteria were divided into 30 patients in treatment and control groups.The control group was treated with Pividebromide swallow them at meal time,each time 50 mg,3 times a day,continuous treatment 4 weeks;The treatment group was treated with the acupuncture therapy of Zhuang Medicine’s heat-sensitive point,along with the acupuncture therapy of Zhuang Medicine’s abdominal ring point,Once every other day,One week,one course,A total of 4 courses of treatment were carried out.Before and after 4 weeks of treatment,the IBS-SSS and the IBS-QOL scores of the two groups were measured.IBS-SSS reduction of symptoms before and after treatment was taken as the main evaluation index.IBS-QOL patients before and after treatment of each dimension of the score as a secondary evaluation index of efficacy.After 4 weeks of discontinuation,Recurrence rate of two groups.To comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy for heat-sensitive acupuncture at Zhuang Medicine.Results:(1)General situation comparison: there was no significant difference between the two groups after statistical analysis of age,sex,course distribution and severity of intestinal symptoms before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)The IBS-SSS scores of the two groups were similar(P>0.05),and the IBS-SSS scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving abdominal distension,defecation satisfaction,life distress and total score after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving abdominal pain degree and frequency of abdominal pain(P<0.05).(3)The IBS-QOL scores of the two groups were compared: before treatment,the eight dimensions of the IBS-QOL transformation scale of the two groups were evaluated,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and after treatment,The scores IBS-QOL each dimension of the two groups were improved(P>0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the three dimensions of anxiety,health concern and behavior disorder(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the effect of self-image,dietary restriction,sexual behavior,social function and relationship expansion(P>0.05).(4)Comparison and analysis of effective rate: compare the efficacy of IBS-SSS integration between the two groups,The treatment group was effective in 2 cases,In 23 cases,In five cases,Total effective rate 83.33 per cent;In control group,0cases,In 18 cases,In 12 cases,Total effective rate 60.00%,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.(5)Comparison and analysis of recurrence rate: compared with the recurrence of two groups of effective and above patients after 4 weeks of cessation of treatment,25 patients in the treatment group and above recurred 4 cases after 4 weeks,the recurrence rate was 16.The recurrence rate was 44.4.and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Safety analysis: in this study,two groups of safety observations are I.The acupuncture therapy and oral pivide bromide tablets are safe.Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture therapy and oral pilverbromonium tablets can effectively improve the intestinal symptoms of IBS-D,alleviate the life problems caused by intestinal symptoms,and improve the quality of life.The IBS-SSS score can be reduced and the IBS-QOL score can be improved.2.Acupuncture therapy is not only better than oral pilveronium bromide in improving the total effective rate of intestinal symptoms,but also has better advantages in improving anxiety,health concern and behavior disorder.The recurrence rate after 4 weeks is lower than that of oral pilveronium bromide,which indicates that the IBS-D of acupuncture therapy has clinical value. |
