| Objective:To explore the treatment of dampness and toxin accumulation syndrome of gouty arthritis by Jingjin acupuncture of Zhuang medicine combined with Jiedu Zhitong liquid of Zhuang medicine,and evaluate its clinical efficacy,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of gouty arthritis by national medicine.Methods: From January 2021 to February 2022,the patients with gouty arthritis damp toxin accumulation syndrome in the outpatient department of rheumatology department and ethnic medicine department(Acupuncture Department of Zhuang medicine)of Liuzhou traditional Chinese medicine hospital(Liuzhou Zhuang Medical Hospital)were numbered according to the order of visiting the hospital for treatment,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicine Jingjin acupuncture combined with Zhuang medicine Jiedu Zhitong liquid(30ml tid),while the control group was treated with oral non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(diclofenac sodium enteric coated capsule 75 mg qd)for one week.ESR,CRP,UA,IL-6 and TNF-α were observed during three courses of treatment and before and after treatment-α.To explore the action mechanism of Jingjin acupuncture of Zhuang medicine combined with Jiedu Zhitong liquid of Zhuang medicine and evaluate the curative effect.The data were collected by spss22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:(1)During the observation period,there were 30 subjects in the treatment group and 30 subjects in the control group,and there were no subjects who fell off,removed or withdrew in the middle of the course.A total of 60 patients completed the observation study.(2)After a course of treatment,3 cases in the treatment group were ineffective,2 cases were effective,15 cases were markedly effective and 10 cases were cured.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%;In the control group,6 cases were ineffective,4 cases were effective,16 cases were markedly effective,and 4 cases were clinically cured.The total effective rate in the control group was 80%;(3)After the treatment of the two groups,the VAS score of the two groups showed a downward trend,the difference was of significant clinical significance(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05);(4)After the treatment of the two groups,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups showed a downward trend compared with those before treatment,the difference was of significant clinical significance(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).(5)After the treatment of the two groups,the CRP and IL-6 of the two groups showed a downward trend,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05);(6)After the treatment of the two groups,the UA,ESR and TNF-α of the two groups were significantly improved-α.There was no significant downward trend between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Zhuang medicine Jingjin acupuncture combined with Zhuang medicine Jiedu Zhitong liquid has a good clinical effect in the treatment of dampness toxin accumulation syndrome of gouty arthritis.It can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and effectively down regulate ESR,CRP,UA,IL-6 and TNF-α.And other laboratory indicators to achieve the purpose of treating gouty arthritis. |
