Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Cervicitis With High-risk Cervical Human Papillomavirus Infection With Dryness Dampness Detoxification Powder

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Dry Dampness and Detoxification San in the treatment of chronic cervicitis combined with highrisk cervical human papillomavirus infection,and to explore the practicality and safety of Dry Dampness and Detoxification San cervical medication in the treatment of HR-HPV infection,chronic cervicitis(cervical erosion-like changes)and Chinese medical evidence,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease.Methods: A total of 90 patients with chronic cervicitis with cervical HR-HPV infection who visited the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to August 2021 and were eligible for damp-heat and stasis evidence were included,and were divided into Chinese medicine group,Western medicine group and blank observation group according to the random number table method,the Chinese medicine group was given dampness and detoxification dispersion cervical medication,the Western medicine group was given recombinant human interferon α-2b pessary yin.The blank observation group was not given any medication and was reviewed regularly.After three courses of treatment,the effects of different methods on the TCM syndrome score,HR-HPV infection and cervical erosion-like changes in the three groups were compared to assess the efficacy and to observe the safety of the drugs.Results: 1,Comparison of age and duration of HPV infection in the three groups before treatment,P>0.05,the difference is not statistically significant and comparable.2,Comparison of HR-HPV infection,degree of cervical erosion-like changes,cervical TCT,and TCM evidence points before treatment,P>0.05,the difference is statistically significant and comparable.3,After the end of observation,the TCM evidence points of the three groups of patients After the end of observation,the TCM evidence points(main symptoms,secondary symptoms,and total points)of all three groups of patients decreased to different degrees,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Among them,the Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group and the western medicine group was better than the blank group in terms of the treatment effect of improving the TCM evidence points,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.4.After the end of observation,the HR-HPV infection in all three groups was better than before,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.When comparing the three groups,the Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group and the blank group in improving HR-HPV infection,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant;while when comparing the western medicine group with the blank group,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and the efficacy of the two groups in improving HR-HPV infection was comparable.In terms of HR-HPV conversion rate,the conversion rate of the Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the western medicine group and the blank group,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.5.At the end of the observation,comparing the repair rate of cervical erosionlike changes in the three groups,it was found that the total efficiency of the Chinese medicine group in repairing cervical erosion-like changes was 96.67%,and the efficacy was better than that of the western medicine group and the blank control group,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The total clinical efficacy of the three groups was 86.66%,and compared with the Western medicine group and the blank group,the Chinese medicine group had advantages in promoting the clearance of HR-HPV and improving the symptoms of Chinese medicine,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.7.During the whole process of observation of the three groups,there was no abnormality in the testing of relevant safety indexes;from the assessment of the whole process of treatment of the Chinese medicine group,dry dampness and detoxification of the cervical medication has safety.Conclusions: In the treatment of chronic cervicitis with cervical HR-HPV infection,both Dried Dampness Relief San and recombinant human interferonα-2b pessary can accelerate the clearance process of HR-HPV virus and facilitate the recovery of cervical inflammatory disease.In contrast,dry dampness and detoxification dispersion,which has the advantages of evidencebased treatment in traditional medicine,is superior in improving patients’ clinical symptoms,accelerating HR-HPV clearance,and repairing cervical erosion-like changes,and provides a diversified treatment option for patients actively seeking Chinese medicine treatment,which is worth further study and promotion.
