| Objective: This paper systematically studies the Professor Huang Jinming’s works on umbilical ring point of Zhuang medicine by analyzing the related literature;Combined with the experience of clinicians and experts,we identified,screened and summarized the literature;The data mining technology is used to statistically analyze and summarize the law of stimulating acupoints of Professor Huang Jinming’s umbilical ring acupoint of Zhuang medicine,including the frequency,the matching relationship between acupoints,and the distribution of common acupoints.Then the application characteristics of acupoints and the best combination of acupoints have been further explored.Finally,we systematically sort out the historical origin,theoretical basis,acupoint characteristics,acupoint experience,acupoint law,acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation,acupuncture and moxibustion methods,acupuncture sequence,etc,and finally put forward the academic characteristics of umbilical ring point of Zhuang medicine.Our work lays the foundation for further research,inheritance,application and promotion of umbilical ring point of Zhuang medicine,provides acupoint basis for clinical application of umbilical ring point in the future.These works play an important role in summarizing specific acupoints of Zhuang medicine,enriching characteristic therapies of Zhuang medicine,expanding its application scope and improving clinical curative effect.Methods: This study mainly adopts the method of literature research.Combined with the methods of content analysis,expert consultation and retrospective research,we take the umbilical ring point as the starting point,comprehensively collect and sort out the literature on the umbilical ring point of Huang Jinming Zhuang medicine,and extract and excavate the acupoint application experience and law of Huang Jinming Zhuang medicine umbilical ring point.1.Literature collectionThrough the combination of computer retrieval and manual retrieval,we obtained the periodical literature about Professor Huang Jinming’s application of umbilical ring point of Zhuang medicine by studying the network journal papers,electronic library and our library.We also consult with senior doctors to obtain the experience of Professor Huang Jinming’s application of umbilical ring point of Zhuang medicine.We searched the medical records of Professor Huang Jinming applying the umbilical ring points of Zhuang medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine,Guangxi International Zhuang medicine hospital and the expert building of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine from 2018 to 2021,including electronic medical records and paper medical records.2.Document induction and sorting:The collected documents and materials are extracted,classified,summarized and sorted according to the patients’ name,gender,age,four diagnosis information,tongue,pulse,disease name,symptoms,treatment,acupoint composition,origin and other items in the medical record.We use Microsoft Excel 2016 and other software to establish Huang Jinming Zhuang medicine umbilical ring point literature database and acupoint database.3.Statistical analysis of dataMicrosoft Excel 2016 software was applied to statistically analyze the clinical treatment diseases of umbilical ring point of Zhuang medicine.Data mining software "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform 3.0" was applied to evaluate the importance of acupoints at the umbilical ring point of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of common diseases,and use the frequency to analyze the age,gender,tongue,pulse,symptoms,syndromes,treatment principles and methods,and common acupoints of patients at the umbilical ring point of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of common diseases;The association rules were used to analyze the acupoint combination and acupoint acupoint compatibility in the treatment of common diseases;Based on the method of cluster analysis,the combination of new prescriptions for treating diseases and the core combination of patients’ symptoms in the clinical treatment of huhuan point of Zhuang medicine were evolved.4.Zhuang medical experts such as Huang Jinming and the inheritor of Guangxi Huang’s Zhuang Medical Acupuncture school were asked to make the research results loyal to their wishes as much as possible.Research results:1.In this study,a total of 13 medical books,130 published journal articles,and 446 related clinical medical cases by Professor Huang Jinming were collected.2.Summarized 106 kinds of clinical diseases,navel ring acupoint can be used to treat various clinical diseases,and internal diseases accounted for the largest proportion,with a frequency of 209,accounting for 73%.It can be seen that the navel ring acupoint is mostly used for the treatment of internal diseases and internal diseases.It is also dominated by vain labor.Clinically,the treatment of umbilical ring points in Zhuang medicine is mainly based on deficiency syndrome and negative syndrome,and deficiency syndrome accounts for 70% of the total cases.3.For Zhuang medicine umbilical ring point heart(12:00),liver and gallbladder(9:00),kidney(6:00),spleen and stomach(3:00),lung(1:30,10:30),large intestine(4:30,7:30)The frequency of clinical application was analyzed.Data analysis shows that the frequency of use of Zhuang medicine navel ring points in clinical application is from high to low:kidney(6:00)> liver and gallbladder(9:00)> heart(12:00)> lung(1:30,10:30)> spleen and stomach(3:00)> large intestine(4:30,7:30).4.Analysis of association rules: For Zhuang medicine,the eight points in the inner ring of the umbilicus were analyzed for the heart(12:00),liver and gallbladder(9:00),kidney(6:00),spleen and stomach(3:00),lung(1:30,10:30),large intestine(4:30,7:30)and matching acupoints through association rule analysis,the highest correlation is kidney(6:00),lung(1:30,10:30)→ heart(12:00);followed by kidney(6:00),heart(12:00),large intestine(4:30,7:30)→ lungs(1:30,10:30);finally kidney(6:00),Zusanli(with acupoints),large intestine(4:30,7:30)→heart(12:00).5.Cluster analysis: The clinical symptoms in the 446 cases were counted,and a total of 1918 clinical symptoms were found,which were divided into four categories.Group 1: Clear nasal discharge,backache,foreign body sensation in throat,and dry stool;Group 2: chills,irritability,upset,chest tightness,dry mouth,pimples;Group 3: poor sleep soundness,itching,loose stool,easy sweating,cough,Anorexia;Group 4: fatigue,poor sleep,dizziness,fear of cold,low back pain,loose stools.It shows that the clinical treatment of umbilical ring point in Zhuang medicine is mainly based on negative syndrome.Statistics of acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions in 446 cases showed that the total frequency of acupoints was 4409,and they were divided into four categories.The cluster analysis of the core acupoint combinations was as follows: Group 1: Sanli(matching acupoint),Fuliu(matching acupoint),lung;Group 2: kidney,liver,heart,lung,spleen,Zusanli(matching acupoint);Group 3: kidney,heart,liver,Sanyinjiao Points(with points),lung,Faxuan points(with points);Group 4: lung,heart,large intestine,kidney,spleen and stomach,liver and gallbladder.It shows that the kidney(6:00)and the heart(12:00)of the Zhuang doctor’s navel ring point are used most frequently as the acupoint group,followed by the lung(1:30,10:30),and Professor Huang Jinming’s clinical use of the navel ring point It is not used alone,it is often combined with other body points for treatment.6.Professor Huang Jinming used the umbilical ring acupoints of Zhuang medicine in 441 cases,accounting for 99%,and used the outer umbilical points of Zhuang medicine in 5 cases,accounting for 1%.The inner ring is the main hole.In addition,when Professor Huang Jinming used the umbilical inner ring acupoint in clinical practice,among the 446 cases collected,249 of the eight acupoints in the umbilical inner ring were used in Zhuang medicine,accounting for about 56%,indicating that Professor Huang Jinming used more than half of the clinical treatment.The eight acupoints in the inner ring of the navel of Zhuang medicine are used.7.Professor Huang Jinming applied Tianyin-Yang acupuncture in 446 cases,accounting for 100%.It shows that Professor Huang Jinming used Tianyin Yang acupuncture method in clinical treatment of Zhuang medicine navel ring point,and both internal and external treatment,acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine were used simultaneously.8.The clinical symptoms of consumptive disease include loose stools,easy sweating,fatigue,dizziness,headache and other symptoms.In the clinical treatment of consumptive diseases,Professor Huang Jinming often uses all eight points in the inner ring of the umbilical cord of Zhuang medicine(heart,liver and gallbladder,spleen and stomach,lungs,kidneys,large and small intestines)to regulate the qi mechanism of the whole body and balance qi,blood,yin and yang.The most common clinical symptoms of Bi disease are fear of cold and knee pain.For the treatment of arthralgia,Zhuang medicine umbilical ring point(kidney)combined with body point Zusanli has the highest frequency of use,reaching 71.88%.From the analysis of association rules,it can be seen that Sanyinjiao point + Zusanli point → kidney,this combination is often used in combination in the treatment of arthralgia.The main clinical symptoms of insomnia are fatigue,insomnia,and shortness of breath.In clinical treatment,100% of Zhuang medicine umbilical ring points(heart and kidney)are used.According to the analysis of the association rules,it can be seen that the most Zhuang medicine umbilical ring points are used in the treatment of insomnia,and the three points of the lung,the heart and the kidney are combined into a group of acupoints.Conclusions:1.The dominant diseases at the navel ring point of Zhuang medicine are consumptive disease,arthralgia,insomnia,cough,infertility,herpes zoster,low back pain,etc.The treatment of internal medicine miscellaneous diseases is the main,and deficiency syndrome accounts for the main proportion.The clinical treatment of umbilical ring acupuncture in Zhuang medicine is mostly for middle-aged female patients with deficiency syndrome,so the treatment is mainly based on nourishing qi and blood,nourishing the spleen and kidney,nourishing the liver and kidney,etc.2.According to the correlation analysis,there are high and bottom distributions: kidney + lung → heart;kidney + heart + large intestine →lung;kidney + Zusanli point + large intestine → heart.According to the cluster analysis,the patient’s core symptom combination is mainly negative syndrome,and the core acupoints are mainly eight acupoints in the inner ring of the umbilicus(heart,liver and gallbladder,spleen and stomach,lung,kidney,large intestine),and they are often used in combination with body acupoints.The main points are Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Fuliu and Faxuan.3.According to the data analysis of the commonly used acupoints for dominant diseases,it can be seen that Professor Huang Jinming often uses all the eight acupoints(heart,liver and gallbladder,spleen and stomach,lung,kidney,large and small intestine)in the umbilical inner ring of Zhuang medicine in the clinical treatment of consumptive disease.For the treatment of arthralgia,the Zhuang medicine umbilical ring(kidney)combined with the body points Zusanli and Sanyinjiao were used.In the clinical treatment of insomnia,two points of Zhuang medicine umbilical ring points(heart and kidney)must be used.4.The navel ring acupoint of Zhuang medicine is guided by the theory of yin and yang of heaven,the theory of three paths and two paths and the theory of qi and blood.Stimulating the local part can adjust the whole body and the whole body.The characteristics of acupoints used to stimulate the feeling of acupuncture are characterized by the warmth of the umbilicus and the discharge of cold air from the hands and feet for the best performance of Deqi.In the treatment,one acupoint,one acupuncture,one acupoint for a single effect,one acupoint for one disease,or one acupoint for multiple acupuncture,one acupoint for multiple effects,and one acupoint for multiple diseases.Professor Huang Jinming is good at the combination of acupuncture and medicine,and respects the "Three Musketeers of Zhuang Medicine".In addition to the treatment method,Huang Lao still emphasizes that oral administration of Zhuang medicine and dietary therapy are also another important part of the clinical practice of Zhuang medicine,and comprehensive therapy is used for quick results.5.The navel ring acupoint can be used as a disease diagnosis site or a disease treatment site.The umbilicus corresponds to various viscera and organs of the human body.It is congenitally connected to the mother body and acquired to the viscera,The implementation of intervention on the umbilical ring has the effects of tonifying deficiency,regulating qi,detoxification,and removing blood stasis,and can regulate three paths and two paths. |
