Clinical Observation On 80 Cases Of Chronic Cholecystitis With Hepatobiliary Damp-heat Syndrome Treated By BANXIAXIEXIN Decoction

Objective: To observe the changes of symptoms and imaging results of patients with chronic cholecystitis of liver-gallbladder damp-heat syndrome before and after taking BANXIAXIEXIN Decoction,and to provide data support and basis for the treatment of chronic cholecystitis of liver-gallbladder damp-heat syndrome with BANXIAXIEXIN Decoction,so as to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic cholecystitis and serve the clinical practice.Methods: Eighty patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The treatment group was treated with BANXIAXIEXIN Decoction and the control group was treated with Xiaoyanlidan Tablets for 4 weeks.After the treatment,the effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results:1.The clinical symptoms and imaging changes of the treatment group were significantly improved before and after treatment.2.The patients in the control group who took Xiaoyanlidan Tablets for the first time had obvious effect,and the patients who took Xiaoyanlidan Tablets for many times had poor effect and were more likely to relapse.Conclusion: The effective rate of the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group,and BANXIAXIEXIN Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and imaging changes of patients with chronic cholecystitis of liver-gallbladder dampheat syndrome,indicating that BANXIAXIEXIN Decoction can be completely used for the clinical treatment of chronic cholecystitis of livergallbladder damp-heat syndrome,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
