Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of radix bupleuri gardenia black bean soup in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease patients with heat-stasis in liver and stomach, and the effect on serum substance P(SP)calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),to explore its possible mechanism of action,so as to provide clinical basis for the promotion of Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:1.Collect between December 2019 and October 2020 in weifang traditional Chinese taste of NERD patients disease outpatient and ward, syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for liver and stomach muggy syndrome,a total of 80 cases by using the computer random grouping method divided the patients into the treatment group 40 cases and Chinese traditional medicine western medicine control group 40 cases, the Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with radix bupleuri gardenia black bean soup,1 dose per day,400ml decocted,1 hour after breakfast and dinner.Western medicine treatment group was given pantoprazole enteric-soluble capsule 40mg,twice a day, half an hour before breakfast and dinner, the treatment course of both groups was 8 weeks2.Twenty patients were randomly selected from the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the western medicine control group, and the serum SP CGRP level was detected by ELISA before and after treatment.SPSS 23.0 software was used for data processing and analysis.Results:1.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy:the total effective rate of TCM treatment group was 95.00%,the total effective rate of Western medicine control group was 90.00%,the comprehensive efficacy of TCM treatment group was better than western medicine control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Comparison of clinical symptoms:all symptoms were significantly improved in the TCM treatment group(P<0.01),with statistical significance; After treatment, reflux heartburn, stomach ruffia, belching, chest distress, chest pain, dry mouth, bitter mouth and pharynx foreign body sensation scores in the western medicine control group were lower than before(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant, but the score of symptoms of constipation with full expansion of both sides was not significantly improved(P>0.05)After treatment, the scores of gastric ruffiness, belching, irritability, dry mouth, bitter mouth, two hypochasm, distension and constipation in the TCM treatment group were lower than those in the western medicine control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the scores of reflux heartburn pharyngeal foreign body sensation chest distress and chest pain between the two groups(P>0.05),the efficacy was comparable, indicating that both groups could effectively improve reflux heartburn, stomach ruffia, belching, chest tightness, chest pain, dry mouth and bitter mouth in NERD patients, and the efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group on stomach ruffia, belching, irritability, dry mouth, bitter mouth, two sides, distension and constipation was superior to western medicine control group.3.Comparison of the score of the reliability scale:after treatment, the symptom score and total score of the TCM treatment group and the western medicine control group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05),the two groups had similar efficacy.4.Comparison of serum SP CGRP:After treatment, the serum SP CGRP level in TCM treatment group was lower than that before(P<0.01),there was statistical difference; There was no significant difference in serum SP CGRP level in western medicine control group after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment, the serum SP CGRP level in TCM treatment group was lower than that in western control group(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.5.There were no adverse reactions during or after treatment in 2 groups.Conclusion:1.Radix Bupleuri gardenia black bean soup can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease patients with heat-stasis of liver and stomach, and the formulation is reasonable and safe without adverse reactions.2.After treatment, the serum SP CGRP level in the TCM treatment group was lower than that before treatment and that in the western medicine control group.Adjusting the serum SP CGRP level may be one of the reasons why the overall curative effect of radix bupleuri gardenia black bean soup is better than that in the western medicine control group.
